Account Deletion Policy & Instructions

We respect users’ privacy and their right to control personal data. Users may request account deletion at any time.

🔐 What data will be deleted?

Once an account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our system (within technical limits):

• User account information
  
  

• Game history and related personal data
  
  

• In-game chat messages (if any)
  
  

• Statistics and rankings associated with the account
  
  

⚠️ Account deletion is irreversible.

🗑️ How to delete your account

Users have two options to delete their account and personal data:

Option 1: Delete directly in the app

1. Open the Chess Online (GameVui) app
   
   

2. Go to Profile
   
   

3. Select Edit Profile
   
   

4.  Clear information
   
   

5. Confirm the request
   
   

After confirmation, your data will be processed for updating and not display with other member.

Option 2: Request account deletion via email

If you cannot access the app, please send an account deletion request via email:

• 📄 Email content should include:
  
  

  • Username
    
    

  • Email address or account ID (if available)
    
    

  • Reason for deletion (optional)
    
    

We will verify and process the request as soon as possible (typically within a few business days).
