This privacy policy applies to all games and apps published by Ali Gilani ("we", "the Developer") on the Apple App Store (the "Applications"). It explains what data the Applications collect, why, who receives it, and the choices you have.
Not every Application uses every feature described here. For example, some games show ads and some don't, some offer in-app purchases, and some have a leaderboard. Where a section applies only to some Applications, it says so.
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or any account to play.
The Applications collect the following automatically, mostly through the third-party services in section 3:
Approximate location: estimated from your IP address (country or region). We do not collect precise GPS location.
Device and other identifiers: your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you allow tracking (see section 4), the identifier for vendor, app installation IDs, and device information such as model, iOS version and language.
App interactions: how you use the game, for example levels started and completed, buttons tapped, ads watched and session length.
Advertising data: which ads were shown and how they performed.
Diagnostics and crash logs: crash reports, performance data and error logs.
Purchase history: in Applications with in-app purchases, a record of what you bought (product, price, time). Payment is handled entirely by Apple; we never see or store your card or bank details.
Analytics: to understand how players use the game and improve it.
App functionality and stability: to find and fix crashes, and to deliver what you buy.
Advertising: in Applications with ads, to show ads (for example optional videos you choose to watch for an in-game reward), measure them and, if you allow it, personalise them.
Fraud prevention: to detect invalid ad activity and fraudulent purchases.
These services receive the data above and process it under their own privacy policies. Advertising partners may also use it for their own purposes, such as serving and measuring ads and preventing fraud.
Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics): analytics and crash reporting. Firebase privacy
Google AdMob (some Applications): advertising, including Google's consent form for players in the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland. Google Privacy Policy · How Google uses information from apps that use its services
LootLocker (some Applications): the global leaderboard (see section 6). LootLocker privacy policy
Apple App Store (some Applications): in-app purchases and subscriptions. Apple Privacy Policy
We do not sell your personal data for money, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires.
Tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency): Applications that show ads ask your permission before using your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the IDFA is not used and you may see less relevant ads. You can change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
UK, EEA and Switzerland: before ads are shown, the Application asks for your consent through Google's consent form. You can change your choice any time from the game's Settings → Privacy. If you don't consent, you may still see non-personalised ads.
US state privacy laws: sharing identifiers and usage data with advertising partners for personalised ads may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under the laws of some US states, such as California. You can opt out by choosing "Ask App Not to Track" or by emailing us.
Some Applications can send reminders, for example when a daily reward is ready. They are scheduled on your device after you allow notifications; no data is sent to a server to deliver them. You can turn them off in Settings → Notifications.
Your progress, currency, items and settings are stored on your device. If you delete the Application, this data is deleted and cannot be restored.
Some Applications have a global leaderboard, run by LootLocker. In those, the Application creates a random, anonymous player ID and a random username, which you can change. The player ID, username and your scores are stored by LootLocker, and the username and scores are shown publicly on the leaderboard, so please don't use personal information in your username.
Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and crash reports for up to 90 days, then deleted or anonymised. Advertising partners and LootLocker keep data under their own policies. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer you.
We process data for personalised advertising on the basis of your consent. We process data for analytics, crash reporting, fraud prevention and non-personalised ads on the basis of our legitimate interest in running, improving and funding free games, and purchase data to deliver what you bought.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to complain to your data protection authority. Because we don't collect your name or email, we may need an identifier from the game to find your data: email us and we'll explain how to find it.
The Applications are not intended for children under 13, and some are not intended for anyone under 18 (or the age of digital consent where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it promptly.
Data sent by the Applications to the services above is encrypted in transit. We use the security measures these providers offer and limit access to the data to what is needed to run the games.
We may update this policy, for example when a game adds a feature or service. We will post the new version on this page and update the date below.
This privacy policy is effective as of October 21, 2026.
