Customers are responsible for the care and proper use of rented equipment during the rental period. This includes safeguarding equipment from damage, theft, or misuse. Any damage or loss incurred during the rental period will be the responsibility of the customer and may result in additional charges.

5. Damages and Loss:

Customers are liable for any damages to rented equipment beyond normal wear and tear. In the event of damage or loss, customers agree to promptly notify Gamerz Lounge 254 and may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

6. Delivery and Pickup:

Gamerz Lounge 254 offers delivery and pickup services for your convenience. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the equipment at the agreed-upon time.

7. Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email. Refunds may be subject to a cancellation fee and are granted at the discretion of Gamerz Lounge 254, depending on the timing of the cancellation and other factors outlined in our cancellation policy.

8. Liability Waiver:
