This section applies to the BioHacker app for iPhone and iPad (App Store ID 6766296425). Features marked "(3.0)" are available from version 3.0.
You don't need an account. What you log in BioHacker is stored on your device. We don't run servers that store your logs.
BioCoach (the AI coach) and the AI analyses send your request to Anthropic, the company behind Claude, to create a reply. (3.0) Requests pass through BioHacker's own server on Google Cloud, which does not store or log their content and keeps only short-lived counters for daily limits. Your health and wellness data is added only if you turn on "Share Health Data with AI". Photos are sent only if you allow it.
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used. It never receives your chat text, photos, caffeine amounts, symptom scores, lab values, Apple Health data or Recovery Mode status. (3.0) You can turn analytics off in Profile.
BioHacker shows no ads and contains no advertising SDK. It does not track you across apps and websites, and we don't sell your data.

2. Data stored on your device
BioHacker stores the following on your device: your profile (name, age, sex, height, weight and goals), your BioCoach chats including attached photos, and your logs and plans. Logs and plans include water and caffeine, your Caffeine Reset plan and check-ins, meals with photos and nutrition values, fasting and 5:2 plans, supplements and medications, habits, mood entries and notes, body measurements, menstrual cycle, lab results, medical reminders, quit trackers, breathing sessions, product label scans and (3.0) your Recovery Mode periods. Your settings and permissions are stored there too, including (3.0) your unit setting, your Apple Health switches, the analytics switch and a random installation ID used by the AI server (section 5).
Where: in the app's private storage and in a shared container (App Group) that only BioHacker and its own widgets can open. The widgets, the fasting Live Activity, and the Siri shortcuts and Control Center controls (3.0) read from the shared container, for example today's water and caffeine (from 3.0 including caffeine other apps saved to Apple Health), an active fast or your Caffeine Reset plan. Drinks logged with Siri, a widget or a control (3.0) wait there until the app adds them to your log.
The files are protected by iOS data protection. BioHacker does not sync them to iCloud or to any server, and we cannot see them. Like other app data, they are included in your iPhone backup (iCloud Backup or computer) if you use backups.
Your name stays on your device. It is never sent to the AI, to our server or to analytics.
BioHacker uses Apple Health only with the permissions you give in the iOS Health sheet. You can change them anytime in the Health app → Profile → Apps → BioHacker. (3.0) In BioHacker, Profile → Apple Health also has a switch for each kind of data read or saved below.
Read: steps, active energy, walking and running distance, flights climbed, resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), VO2 max, blood oxygen, weight and sleep (including sleep stages). (3.0) Also caffeine, dietary energy, protein, carbohydrates and total fat that other apps saved to Apple Health. BioHacker uses these to show your values, your Recovery Readiness, sleep and wellness scores and your caffeine. (3.0) Caffeine from other apps counts toward your daily caffeine total and your Caffeine Reset limit. Food from other apps is shown in its own card and is not added to your BioHacker totals. Data that BioHacker saved to Health itself is never counted twice.
Written: the water and caffeine you log. (3.0) Also your meals as dietary energy, protein, carbohydrates and total fat (with the meal's name), and finished breathing sessions as Mindful Minutes. If you delete a drink or a meal in BioHacker, the app also removes the samples it wrote for it. Turning a switch off stops new entries; what is already in Apple Health stays there.
BioHacker reads Health data when a screen needs it. It is not sent to us. It is never used for advertising, marketing or data mining, and it is never sold. It is shared with a third party in one case only: if you turn on "Share Health Data with AI", summaries are included in your AI requests to Anthropic (section 4). (3.0) On the way they pass through our server, which does not store them (section 5).
When data is sent:
when you send a message to BioCoach or ask for a Daily Protocol.
when you ask BioHacker to analyze a lab report photo, a meal photo or description, or a product label photo.
when Recovery Readiness writes its daily AI insight (Premium). This only happens if health data sharing is on.
(3.0) Nothing is sent until you accept the BioCoach AI permission. BioHacker asks for it the first time you use one of these features and shows what is sent and to whom.
What is sent:
Always: your message with up to 10 earlier messages from the same chat (or your meal description), your device's language and region setting, the reply tone you picked, (3.0) your unit setting (metric or US), and instructions from the app.
Photos: only the photos you choose, and only if you allowed Photo Analysis or health data sharing. Before sending, BioHacker converts each photo to a smaller JPEG. This removes location and other metadata.
Only when "Share Health Data with AI" is on: your age and sex (never your name), goals and smoke-free days, Apple Health sleep with sleep stages, resting heart rate, HRV and steps, body measurements, lab values, mood, energy and stress including mood notes, meals, water, supplements and medications with doses (last 7 days), fasting and your 5:2 plan, habits, challenges and wellness score, today's caffeine with your bedtime and Caffeine Reset plan, and the first line and date of your 5 most recent chats. (3.0) Also the food and caffeine other apps saved to Apple Health today, and your Recovery Mode status only if you turned on "Tell BioCoach" for that period (section 11).
How it is sent: (3.0) over an encrypted connection to BioHacker's AI server (section 5), which passes the request to Anthropic and streams the reply back. The server does not store the content. Anthropic receives the request from our server, so it does not see your IP address or the installation ID. In versions before 3.0, requests went directly from your device to Anthropic, which could then see your device's IP address.
Anthropic uses the requests to create the reply. Under its commercial terms, it does not train its models on this content. According to Anthropic, API inputs and outputs are deleted within 30 days. They can be kept longer if the law requires it or to enforce Anthropic's Usage Policy (flagged content up to 2 years). Details: https://privacy.claude.com
Your choices: in Profile → AI you can turn off (3.0) BioCoach AI (then no AI request is made at all), "Share Health Data with AI" and Photo Analysis at any time. With sharing off, BioCoach receives only what you type. Turning sharing off stops future sending. It does not recall what was already sent.
BioCoach gives general information, not medical advice.
From version 3.0, AI requests pass through a server we run on Google Cloud Run in the United States. It holds our Anthropic key, so the key is not in the app, and it applies daily limits.
What it receives with each request: the request described in section 4, a random installation ID that the app creates (not your name, your Apple Account or an identifier from Apple), the app version and, like every internet service, your IP address.
What it does not do: it does not store or log the content of your requests or of the replies, and it does not pass the installation ID or your IP address to Anthropic. It does not combine any of this with analytics or other data.
What it keeps, and why: to apply daily limits (up to 40 AI requests per installation per day, and a limit per network) and to control costs, it stores a salted hash of the installation ID and a salted hash of your IP address, each with that day's request count. These counters are deleted after about 3 days. The server's own log records, without any content, a shortened hash of the installation ID, the number of tokens used and the estimated cost of each request. Google Cloud's standard request log also records the time of each request, your IP address and your device's network user agent (app and iOS version). These logs are deleted after 30 days.
The installation ID is stored on your device. Delete All Data keeps it, so the daily limit cannot be reset that way. Deleting the app removes it.
Google processes this data for us as a service provider under the Google Cloud data processing terms.
What is collected:
a random app instance ID created for your installation, plus device and app details (device model, iOS version, app version, language);
an approximate location (country, region, city) that Google derives from your masked IP address;
events that are recorded automatically, such as first open, sessions, screen views, app updates and in-app purchases (product, price and currency);
events we record about how features are used. For example: a Caffeine Reset plan was started (pace, and whether it was during the New Year event), the plan day of a check-in, a reminder was turned on, a 5:2 plan was started (number of low-calorie days, reminder on or off), which screen a link opened, a rating request or the review page was opened, the paywall was shown, a purchase or restore was completed (product ID), an AI permission screen was shown, accepted, declined or turned off, all data was erased, and (3.0) a drink was logged with Siri, a widget or a control (where it was logged, not the drink or amount), an Apple Health permission screen was shown (and how many save permissions were allowed) or a switch changed, Apple Health contained caffeine or food from other apps (yes or no, no amounts), the What's New page was shown, and a streak milestone was reached.
Never sent to analytics: your name, chat text, photos, caffeine amounts, symptom scores, lab values, Apple Health data or your Recovery Mode status. Before an event is sent, the app removes any value that would carry a health measurement.
Why: to see which features are used and where people get stuck. Not for advertising. We don't use the advertising identifier (IDFA), we don't ask for tracking permission, we don't combine this data with data from other companies, and we don't use it for advertising.
These events are tied to the app instance ID. That is why the App Store lists them under "Data Linked to You".
Google keeps event-level data for no longer than 14 months and then deletes it.
Your choices: (3.0) turn off "Share Analytics Data" in Profile at any time; the app then stops sending analytics events. (3.0) Delete All Data also deletes the analytics data kept on your device and resets the app instance ID, so later events can't be linked to earlier ones. Data that Google already received is not deleted by this. You can also email us.
Apple handles all payments. We never see your payment details. BioHacker checks your subscription status on your device with Apple's StoreKit. Purchase events (product, not payment details) appear in analytics as described in section 6. Your subscription status is not sent to our AI server.
BioHacker sends only local notifications that are scheduled on your device, such as the morning brief, the Caffeine Reset reminder and fasting, water, supplement and medical reminders. Their content is created on your device. We don't run a push notification server.
BioHacker uses the camera only when you choose to take a photo or scan a document. For your photo library it uses the iOS photo picker, so the app only receives the photos you select. Photos you attach stay with that entry on your device and are sent to Anthropic only as described in section 4.
When you log a drink with Siri, Shortcuts or a control, Apple processes your voice request under Apple's privacy policy. BioHacker receives only the drink you chose. A drink logged while the app is closed waits in the shared container on your device. The app adds it to your log and, if you allowed it, saves it to Apple Health once your iPhone is unlocked.
Recovery Mode lets you mark a period when you are sick, injured or recovering after surgery, so your streak pauses and suggestions get gentler. The periods (type, start, planned end) are stored only on your device and are deleted with Delete All Data. They are never sent to analytics. BioCoach learns about an open period only if you turn on "Tell BioCoach" for it and health data sharing is on; it is then included in your AI requests as described in section 4. Recovery Mode is not medical advice.
Data on your device stays until you delete it. You can delete single entries, or use Profile → Delete All Data (two steps). This removes everything listed in section 2 from the device, including chats, plans, Recovery Mode periods, lab results, exported files and reminders. It resets your AI and photo permissions and (3.0) the analytics data kept on your device. Your subscription stays active. Settings such as units, Apple Health switches and the analytics switch, and the installation ID (section 5), are kept.
Delete All Data does not change Apple Health. You can remove the water and caffeine BioHacker saved there (and, from 3.0, meals and Mindful Minutes) in the Health app.
Deleting the BioHacker app removes all of its data from your device.
Data that was already sent is kept by Anthropic as described in section 4, by our server as described in section 5 and by Google as described in section 6. Because BioHacker has no accounts, we cannot look up server or analytics data by your name or email.
Profile → Export Data creates a text file of your data that you can save or share.
Only these service providers, and only for the purposes above:
Anthropic PBC (USA): AI replies and photo analysis.
Google LLC (USA): app analytics (Firebase) and, from 3.0, hosting of our AI server (Google Cloud).
Apple handles App Store purchases, Apple Health and Siri under Apple's own terms.
We don't sell or rent personal data, we don't share it with data brokers, and we don't show ads.
Our AI server runs in the United States. Anthropic and Google process data in the United States and other countries under their data processing terms. These include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where they apply.
AI requests: providing the feature you ask for, after you accept the BioCoach AI permission. Health data and photos are sent only with your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a), KVKK Art. 6). You can withdraw it anytime in Profile → AI.
AI server counters and logs: our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and keeping costs under control (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Analytics: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the app (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time with the switch in Profile.
Purchases: performance of the contract with you through the App Store.
You can ask for access to your data, and for correction, deletion, restriction or portability. You can also object to processing, withdraw your consent, and complain to a supervisory authority: the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) in Türkiye, or your local data protection authority in the EU or UK. Most of your data exists only on your device, and you control it directly in the app. For anything else, email info@gamersimulation.com.
BioHacker is not meant for children and is rated 16+ on the App Store. If you think a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete what we can.
BioHacker and BioCoach give general wellness information. BioHacker is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Talk to a doctor about your health.
Data on your device is protected by iOS data protection, and network requests use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Our AI server keeps no request content, and our Anthropic key is stored only on the server. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure.
When this section changes, we update the date above. For significant changes, we also tell you in the app or in the App Store release notes.

BioHacker reklam göstermez ve içinde reklam SDK'sı yoktur. Seni uygulamalar ve web siteleri arasında takip etmez, verilerini satmayız.

Okunanlar: adım, aktif enerji, yürüme ve koşu mesafesi, çıkılan kat, dinlenik nabız, kalp atış hızı değişkenliği (HRV), VO2 maks, kan oksijeni, kilo ve uyku (uyku evreleri dahil). (3.0) BioCoach AI iznini kabul edene kadar hiçbir şey gönderilmez. BioHacker bu izni, bu özelliklerden birini ilk kullandığında ister ve neyin kime gittiğini gösterir.
Ne gider:

Nasıl gider: (3.0) şifreli bağlantıyla BioHacker'ın AI sunucusuna (bölüm 5) gider; sunucu isteği Anthropic'e iletir ve yanıtı geri akıtır. Sunucu içeriği saklamaz. Anthropic isteği sunucumuzdan aldığı için IP adresini ya da kurulum kimliğini görmez. 3.0'dan önceki sürümlerde istekler cihazından doğrudan Anthropic'e gidiyordu; Anthropic o zaman cihazının IP adresini görebiliyordu.
Anthropic istekleri yanıtı üretmek için kullanır. Ticari koşulları gereği bu içerikle modellerini eğitmez. Anthropic'in açıklamasına göre API girdileri ve çıktıları 30 gün içinde silinir. Seçimlerin: Profil → AI bölümünde (3.0) BioCoach AI'ı (kapalıyken hiç AI isteği yapılmaz), "Sağlık Verilerini AI ile Paylaş"ı ve Fotoğraf Analizi'ni istediğin zaman kapatabilirsin. Paylaşım kapalıyken BioCoach'a yalnız yazdıkların gider. Paylaşımı kapatmak sonraki gönderimleri durdurur, daha önce gönderilenleri geri almaz.
BioCoach genel bilgi verir, tıbbi tavsiye vermez.
3.0 sürümünden itibaren AI istekleri, Google Cloud Run'da ABD'de çalıştırdığımız bir sunucudan geçer. Anthropic anahtarımız bu sunucuda durur, böylece uygulamanın içinde değildir; günlük sınırları da sunucu uygular.
Her istekle aldıkları: bölüm 4'te anlatılan istek, uygulamanın oluşturduğu rastgele bir kurulum kimliği (adın, Apple Hesabın ya da Apple'ın verdiği bir kimlik değil), uygulama sürümü ve her internet hizmetinde olduğu gibi IP adresin.
Yapmadıkları: isteklerinin ve yanıtların içeriğini saklamaz ve loglamaz; kurulum kimliğini ya da IP adresini Anthropic'e iletmez. Bunların hiçbirini analitikle ya da başka verilerle birleştirmez.
Sakladıkları ve nedeni: günlük sınırlar (kurulum başına günde en çok 40 AI isteği ve ağ başına bir sınır) ve maliyet kontrolü için kurulum kimliğinin tuzlu bir özetini ve IP adresinin tuzlu bir özetini, o günkü istek sayısıyla birlikte saklar. Bu sayaçlar yaklaşık 3 gün sonra silinir. Sunucunun kendi logu, içerik olmadan, kurulum kimliği özetinin kısaltılmış hâlini, kullanılan token sayısını ve her isteğin tahmini maliyetini kaydeder. Google Cloud'un standart istek logu ayrıca her isteğin zamanını, IP adresini ve cihazının ağ istemci bilgisini (uygulama ve iOS sürümü) kaydeder. Bu loglar 30 gün sonra silinir.
Kurulum kimliği cihazında saklanır. Tüm Verileri Sil onu korur, böylece günlük sınır bu yolla sıfırlanamaz. Uygulamayı silmek onu da siler.
Google bu verileri bizim adımıza, hizmet sağlayıcı olarak, Google Cloud veri işleme koşullarıyla işler.
Toplananlar:
kurulumun için oluşturulan rastgele bir uygulama örneği kimliği ile cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri (cihaz modeli, iOS sürümü, uygulama sürümü, dil);
Google'ın maskelenmiş IP adresinden çıkardığı yaklaşık konum (ülke, bölge, şehir);

Örneğin: bir Kafein Sıfırlama planı başlatıldı (tempo ve Yeni Yıl etkinliği sırasında olup olmadığı), günlük kontrolün planın kaçıncı gününde yapıldığı, bir hatırlatma açıldı, bir 5:2 planı başlatıldı (düşük kalorili gün sayısı, hatırlatma açık ya da kapalı), bir bağlantı hangi ekranı açtı, puanlama isteği ya da değerlendirme sayfası açıldı, ödeme ekranı gösterildi, satın alma ya da geri yükleme tamamlandı (ürün kimliği), bir AI izin ekranı gösterildi, kabul edildi, reddedildi ya da kapatıldı, tüm veriler silindi ve (3.0) Siri, widget ya da denetimle içecek kaydedildi (içeceğin türü ya da miktarı değil, nereden kaydedildiği), bir Apple Sağlık izin ekranı gösterildi (ve kaç yazma izni verildiği) ya da anahtarı değişti, Apple Sağlık'ta başka uygulamalardan kafein ya da yiyecek bulundu (evet ya da hayır, miktar yok), Yenilikler sayfası gösterildi ve bir seri kilometre taşına ulaşıldı.
Analitiğe hiç gitmeyenler: adın, sohbet metinlerin, fotoğrafların, kafein miktarların, belirti puanların, tahlil değerlerin, Apple Sağlık verilerin ve İyileşme Modu durumun. Bir olay gönderilmeden önce uygulama sağlık ölçümü taşıyabilecek her değeri çıkarır.
Neden: hangi özelliklerin kullanıldığını ve insanların nerede takıldığını görmek için. Reklam için değil. Reklam kimliğini (IDFA) kullanmayız, izleme izni istemeyiz, bu verileri başka şirketlerin verileriyle birleştirmeyiz ve reklam için kullanmayız.
Bu olaylar uygulama örneği kimliğine bağlıdır. Bu yüzden App Store bunları "Size Bağlı Veriler" altında gösterir.
Google olay düzeyindeki verileri en fazla 14 ay saklar, sonra siler.
Seçimlerin: (3.0) Profil'deki "Analitik verisi paylaş" anahtarını istediğin zaman kapatabilirsin; uygulama o andan sonra analitik olayı göndermez. (3.0) Tüm Verileri Sil, cihazında tutulan analitik verilerini de siler ve uygulama örneği kimliğini sıfırlar; sonraki olaylar öncekilere bağlanamaz. Google'a zaten ulaşmış veriler bununla silinmez. Bize e-posta da gönderebilirsin.
Tüm ödemeleri Apple yönetir. Ödeme bilgilerini hiç görmeyiz. BioHacker abonelik durumunu cihazında Apple'ın StoreKit'iyle kontrol eder. Satın alma olayları (ürün, ödeme bilgisi değil) bölüm 6'da anlatıldığı gibi analitikte görünür. Abonelik durumun AI sunucumuza gönderilmez.
BioHacker yalnız cihazında planlanan yerel bildirimler gönderir: sabah brifingi, Kafein Sıfırlama hatırlatması, oruç, su, takviye ve tıbbi hatırlatmalar gibi. İçerikleri cihazında oluşturulur. Push bildirim sunucumuz yok.
BioHacker kamerayı yalnız fotoğraf çekmeyi ya da belge taramayı seçtiğinde kullanır. Fotoğraf arşivin için iOS fotoğraf seçicisini kullanır, böylece uygulama yalnız seçtiğin fotoğrafları alır. Eklediğin fotoğraflar cihazında o kaydın yanında kalır ve Anthropic'e yalnız bölüm 4'te anlatıldığı gibi gönderilir.
Siri, Kestirmeler ya da bir denetimle içecek kaydettiğinde sesli isteğini Apple, kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işler. BioHacker yalnız seçtiğin içeceği alır. Uygulama kapalıyken kaydedilen içecek cihazındaki ortak kapsayıcıda bekler. Uygulama onu kaydına ekler ve izin verdiysen iPhone'un kilidi açıkken Apple Sağlık'a yazar.
İyileşme Modu, hasta ya da ateşli olduğun, sakatlık geçirdiğin ya da ameliyat sonrası iyileştiğin bir dönemi işaretlemeni sağlar; serin duraklatılır ve öneriler yumuşar. Dönemler (tür, başlangıç, planlanan bitiş) yalnız cihazında saklanır ve Tüm Verileri Sil ile silinir. Analitiğe hiç gönderilmez. BioCoach açık bir dönemi yalnız o dönem için "BioCoach'a söyle"yi açarsan ve sağlık verisi paylaşımın açıksa öğrenir; o zaman bölüm 4'te anlatıldığı gibi AI isteklerine eklenir. İyileşme Modu tıbbi tavsiye değildir.
Cihazındaki veriler sen silene kadar kalır. Kayıtları tek tek silebilir ya da Profil → Tüm Verileri Sil'i (iki adımlı) kullanabilirsin. Bu, bölüm 2'deki her şeyi cihazdan siler: sohbetler, planlar, İyileşme Modu dönemleri, tahliller, dışa aktarılmış dosyalar ve hatırlatmalar dahil. AI ve fotoğraf izinlerin ve (3.0) cihazdaki analitik verileri de sıfırlanır. Aboneliğin devam eder. Birimler, Apple Sağlık anahtarları, analitik anahtarı gibi ayarlar ve kurulum kimliği (bölüm 5) korunur.
Tüm Verileri Sil Apple Sağlık'ı değiştirmez. BioHacker'ın oraya yazdığı su ve kafeini (3.0'dan itibaren öğünleri ve Farkındalık Dakikalarını da) Sağlık uygulamasından silebilirsin.
BioHacker'ı silersen cihazındaki tüm verileri de silinir.
Daha önce gönderilmiş veriler Anthropic'te bölüm 4'te, sunucumuzda bölüm 5'te, Google'da bölüm 6'da anlatıldığı gibi tutulur. BioHacker'da hesap olmadığı için sunucu ve analitik verilerini adınla ya da e-postanla bulamayız.
Profil → Veri Dışa Aktar verilerinin bir metin dosyasını oluşturur. Bu dosyayı kaydedebilir ya da paylaşabilirsin.
Yalnız şu hizmet sağlayıcılar ve yalnız yukarıdaki amaçlarla:
Anthropic PBC (ABD): AI yanıtları ve fotoğraf analizi.
Google LLC (ABD): uygulama analitiği (Firebase) ve 3.0'dan itibaren AI sunucumuzun barındırılması (Google Cloud).
Apple, App Store satın almalarını, Apple Sağlık'ı ve Siri'yi kendi koşullarıyla yönetir.
Kişisel verileri satmayız ya da kiralamayız, veri simsarlarıyla paylaşmayız ve reklam göstermeyiz.
AI sunucumuz ABD'de çalışır. Anthropic ve Google verileri ABD'de ve başka ülkelerde, kendi veri işleme koşullarıyla işler. Bu koşullar, geçerli olduğu yerlerde AB Standart Sözleşme Maddelerini içerir.
AI istekleri: BioCoach AI iznini kabul ettikten sonra istediğin özelliği sunmak. Sağlık verileri ve fotoğraflar yalnız açık rızanla gönderilir (GDPR md. 9(2)(a), KVKK md. 6). Rızanı istediğin zaman Profil → AI'dan geri çekebilirsin.
AI sunucusunun sayaçları ve logları: kötüye kullanımı önleme ve maliyeti kontrol altında tutma konusundaki meşru menfaatimiz (GDPR md. 6(1)(f)).
Analitik: uygulamayı anlama ve geliştirme konusundaki meşru menfaatimiz (GDPR md. 6(1)(f)). Profil'deki anahtarla istediğin zaman itiraz edebilirsin.
Satın almalar: App Store üzerinden seninle yapılan sözleşmenin ifası.
Verilerine erişmeyi, verilerinin düzeltilmesini, silinmesini, işlemenin kısıtlanmasını ya da verilerinin taşınmasını isteyebilirsin. İşlemeye itiraz edebilir, rızanı geri çekebilir ve bir denetim makamına şikâyette bulunabilirsin: Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu, AB'de ya da Birleşik Krallık'ta kendi veri koruma makamın. Verilerinin çoğu yalnız cihazındadır ve onları doğrudan uygulamadan yönetirsin. Diğer her şey için info@gamersimulation.com adresine yaz.
BioHacker çocuklar için değildir. App Store yaş sınırı 16+'dır. Bir çocuğun bize kişisel veri gönderdiğini düşünüyorsan bize yaz, silebildiğimiz her şeyi sileriz.
BioHacker ve BioCoach genel wellness bilgisi verir. BioHacker bir tıbbi cihaz değildir. Hiçbir durumu teşhis etmez ya da tedavi etmez. Sağlığınla ilgili konularda bir doktora danış.
Cihazındaki veriler iOS veri korumasıyla korunur. Ağ istekleri şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS) kullanır. AI sunucumuz istek içeriği saklamaz ve Anthropic anahtarımız yalnız sunucuda durur. Hiçbir saklama ya da aktarım yöntemi tamamen güvenli değildir.

VESTCLEAR
VestClear (developed by Gamer Simulation) does not collect personal data.
Data collection: None. There is no account to create and no sign-in. Your salary,
tax profile, equity grants, vesting schedule, exercise records and sale records are
stored only on your device and, if you enable it, in your own private iCloud account.
The developer has no access to that iCloud data.
Network requests: The app sends stock ticker symbols (for example "AAPL") to a
price service in order to display share prices. No personal, financial or device
identifying information is sent with those requests.
Advertising: None. VestClear contains no advertising, no advertising SDKs and no
AdMob.
Analytics and tracking: None. VestClear contains no analytics SDKs and does not
track users across apps or websites.
Children: VestClear is not directed at children under 13.
