By downloading, installing, or using the Gamer Gallery application (“the Application”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

The Application is published by DevoneSoft and developed by Can Olcay.

Gamer Gallery is a gallery management application designed to allow users to view and organize images stored on their device.

All functionality of the Application operates locally on the user’s device.

DevoneSoft grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Paid Application

Gamer Gallery is distributed as a paid application via Google Play Store.

All payments, refunds, and billing processes are handled by the platform provider according to their own policies.

DevoneSoft does not directly process payments.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the Application responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Users are responsible for:

DevoneSoft does not guarantee that:

Use of the Application is at the user’s own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevoneSoft and the developer shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:
