When you use our App, we may automatically collect:

2.3 Installed Applications Information

Our App uses the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission to detect installed games and applications on your device. This is solely used to:

• Display a list of your installed games within the App

• Enable you to launch games directly from the App's interface

We do not store, transmit, or share your list of installed applications with any third party.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and maintain the App

• Improve, personalize, and expand App features

• Diagnose technical problems and fix bugs

• Communicate important notices or updates

5. Display Overlay (Draw Over Other Apps)

Our App uses Android's "Draw Over Other Apps" (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW) permission to show a game HUD overlay while you use other applications. This overlay is only activated when you choose to enable it. We do not use this permission to monitor, capture, record, or collect any data from other apps displayed beneath the overlay.

6. Foreground Service

Our App runs a Foreground Service to keep the HUD overlay active during your gaming sessions. A persistent notification will always be displayed while this service is running, as required by Android. You can stop this service at any time by dismissing the notification or exiting the App.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in these situations:

• Service Providers: Trusted third-party services that assist us in operating the App (e.g., analytics, crash reporting), under strict confidentiality agreements

• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority

• Business Transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred (you will be notified)

8. Data Retention

We retain automatically collected data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 13).

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
