This Privacy Policy explains how HPG Mobile ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use Gamenest: Game Mode Launcher (the "App") on Android. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Our approach

Gamenest works on your device. We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts or precise location.

2. Information processed only on your device

To provide its features, the App reads and stores the following on your device only. This information is never uploaded to our servers or shared with anyone.

• List of installed games: the App reads which launchable apps are installed so it can find your games and show them in your Game Hub.

• Your Game Hub and settings: the games you add, their order, per-game settings and crosshair preferences.

• App usage data (with your permission): if you grant Usage Access, the App reads which app is currently open and how long apps are used, only to detect when you open a game (to start Game Mode and show the game panel) and to show your play time per game. The App only uses this for games in your Game Hub and does not read what you do inside any app.

• Device status: battery level and temperature, memory and storage usage, and network type, shown to you inside the App.

This data stays on your device and is deleted when you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.

3. Information collected by third-party services

The App uses the following third-party services, which may automatically collect certain information:

Google AdMob (advertising) To show ads, AdMob may collect your device's Advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system version, app interactions with ads and approximate location derived from IP address. This may be used to show personalized or non-personalized ads, measure ad performance and prevent fraud. Google Firebase Analytics Collects usage data such as app opens, screens viewed, features used, session length, device type and OS version to help us improve the App. It does not collect the list of games on your device or your app usage data. Google Firebase Crashlytics Collects crash reports and diagnostic data (device model, OS version, crash logs) so we can fix bugs. Privacy policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Permissions

• Usage Access (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS): to detect when you open a game from your Game Hub, start Game Mode automatically and show your play time per game. Usage data is processed only on your device and is never uploaded, shared or used for advertising. We explain this inside the App and ask for your permission before you grant it.

• Display over other apps (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW): to show the crosshair and the floating game panel on top of your game. Only active when you turn these features on.

• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS, Android 13+): to show Game Mode controls and status in the notification bar.

• Internet / network state: to load ads and show your connection status.

All three special permissions are optional. The App's other features keep working if you decline them. The App does not use Accessibility Services and does not read the content of other apps or games. You can revoke any permission at any time in your device settings.

5. Advertising choices

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time from the App's settings.

6. What the App does not do

Gamenest does not modify game files, game code or gameplay, does not overclock hardware, and does not collect in-game data or account information from any game.

7. Data retention and deletion

We do not store your data on our servers. Data collected by third-party services is retained according to their own policies (for example, Firebase Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months by default).

To request deletion of any data associated with your device, email admin@hpgmobile.com with the subject "Data deletion – Gamenest". You can also clear the App's data or uninstall the App to delete everything stored on your device, and reset your Advertising ID in device settings.

8. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

Data sent to third-party services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect information.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
