GameLoot ("the app", "we", "us", or "our") is a mobile application published by
Mood Branding. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app does and does not
handle. By using GameLoot you agree to this policy.
We built GameLoot to be privacy-friendly: **we do not collect, store, or share any
personal information about you, and the app has no user accounts, analytics, tracking, or
advertising.
1. Information we do NOT collect
GameLoot does **not** collect, transmit, or store any of the following:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact details
- Your location
- Your contacts, photos, files, or other content on your device
- Any advertising identifier, and we do not use any analytics or tracking SDKs
- Any account credentials (the app has no sign-in and no user accounts)
We do not operate our own servers or databases that store information about you.
2. Information stored only on your device
The app saves a small number of preferences locally on your device (in Android's private
app storage) so it can function correctly between sessions. This data never leaves your
device except as required to provide the service, and it is removed when you uninstall
the app.
3. Third-party services the app connects to
To function, the app communicates with the following third parties. Each has its own
privacy policy that governs how it handles data.
a) Content and image providers
The app loads content and images from third-party servers. Like any internet request,
this necessarily sends your device's IP address to those servers so they can return the
requested data. We do not send these providers any information that identifies you, and
we do not receive personal information from them.
b) Google Play Billing (in-app subscriptions)
In-app subscriptions are sold and processed entirely by Google Play Billing. When you
make or restore a purchase, Google — not GameLoot — handles your payment and account. The
app only receives back a confirmation of your purchase status; it never sees or stores
your payment method, card number, or Google account details. Google's handling of this is
governed by the [Google Play / Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).
4. Permissions the app requests
Internet access— required for the app to load content and to communicate with
Google Play Billing.
Billing — required to offer and manage Google Play in-app subscriptions.
The app requests no other permissions. It does not access your location, camera,
microphone, contacts, or storage.
5. Children's privacy
GameLoot is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any
information from children. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone,
it collects none from children.
6. Data security
The app collects no personal data, so there is no personal data for us to lose. The only
app-specific data is kept in Android's private per-app storage, which is not accessible to
other apps.
7. Your choices and rights
- You can cancel your subscription at any time in the Google Play Store
(Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
- You can remove the local preferences the app stores by uninstalling GameLoot.
- Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for you to request access
to, correct, or have deleted from us. Requests about payment or subscription records
should be directed to Google Play.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the
"Last updated" date above and post the new version at the same URL. Continued use of the
app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
