Game Booster ("game booster 4x turbo") is a device performance and gaming utility app for Android and iOS. This Privacy Policy explains what the App does — and does not do — with information on your device.
The App does not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash-reporting services, or any third-party trackers.
No personal data, usage data, or device diagnostics are transmitted to us or to any third party. All processing happens entirely on your device.
Permission
Purpose
Usage Access
Lets Auto-Boost detect when a game you've selected enters the foreground so it can run its optimization pass. It is not used to track your general app usage or browsing habits.
Do Not Disturb Access
Used only if you enable Gaming Silent Mode, to mute calls, notifications, and sounds during a session and restore your prior settings afterward.
Notifications
Alerts you if battery temperature rises past your configured warning threshold and shows the required ongoing-service notification while Auto-Boost is active.
Background Process Management
Used by the Boost/Ultra Boost action to close eligible background apps and reclaim memory. It only acts on packages Android classifies as safe to close and never targets system components.
Foreground Service
Required by Android to keep the overheat-monitoring and Auto-Boost service running reliably while active.
Restart on Boot
Restarts overheat-temperature monitoring after your device reboots, if you've enabled that feature.
Network State
Used only to run the on-device network latency/jitter check shown in Smart Scan and the Performance Score. No data leaves your device.
The App does not request or use:
Location
Camera
Microphone
Contacts
SMS
Call logs
Storage or photo access
Any file-scanning permission
The App cannot see, access, or delete your files, photos, videos, or downloads.
Your excluded-app list, performance history, and preferences are stored only in the App's local storage on your device.
Nothing is uploaded to a server because we do not operate one.
You can revoke the App's Usage Access or Do Not Disturb Access at any time through your device Settings.
Disabling Local Data Processing consent in the App stops all background monitoring and boost activity.
Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
The App does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children, because it collects no data at all.
If this Privacy Policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be updated accordingly, and the in-app copy will be kept in sync.
