1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Game Sniper, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

2. App Description & Disclaimer
Game Sniper is an independent deal-tracking and aggregation tool. We do not sell games directly. We aggregate publicly available pricing data from third-party storefronts. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or duration of any discount, promotion, or free game offer. Prices and deals are subject to change by the respective storefronts at any time without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
Game Sniper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation (Steam), Epic Games, Sony (PlayStation), Microsoft (Xbox), or any other game publisher or digital storefront. All game titles, promotional images, trademarks, and logos remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

4. Sniper PRO Subscriptions
Game Sniper offers an optional premium subscription ("Sniper PRO") which unlocks unlimited price alerts and removes advertisements.

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time by navigating to your Account Settings on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. Please note that simply uninstalling the app does not cancel your active subscription.

• Refunds: All purchases are billed and processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly through the applicable store in accordance with their refund policies — we do not have the technical ability to issue refunds directly.

5. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Game Sniper. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Game Sniper and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed deals, pricing errors, or third-party store issues.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Game Sniper at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or use the app in a way that could harm the service or other users.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will post the updated version in the app and on this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of Game Sniper after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
