Welcome to Game Sniper. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
2. Information We Collect
When you use Game Sniper, we may collect the following information:
Account Information: We offer multiple ways to access the app, including Google Sign-In, standard Email/Password registration, and Guest (anonymous) login. Depending on your chosen method, we may collect your email address, basic profile information (like your name and profile picture), or generate an anonymous session ID to create and secure your account.
App Data & Device Tokens: We store your "Favorites" and "Price Alerts" in our secure database (Firebase) to sync them across your devices. Additionally, we collect and store your device's Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push token strictly to deliver timely price drop notifications directly to your device.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data strictly to provide, maintain, and improve the Game Sniper service. Your email, account details, and FCM tokens are used solely for account management, cross-device data synchronization, and sending your requested price drop alerts.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We use trusted third-party infrastructure, such as Google Firebase, to securely store your data and manage authentication.
5. Advertising (Google AdMob) & EU Consent (GDPR)
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the free version of the app. AdMob may collect and use advertising identifiers and device data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.
EEA and UK Users: For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK. We will ask for your explicit consent before serving personalized advertisements. You can manage, modify, or revoke your consent choices at any time directly through the app settings ("Ad Privacy Choices"). 6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
We use RevenueCat and official app stores (Google Play / Apple App Store) to process payments for the "Sniper Pro" subscription. We do not process, collect, or store your credit card or financial information on our servers.
7. Children's Privacy
Game Sniper is a general audience application and is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our servers.
8. Account and Data Deletion
You have full control over your data. To permanently delete your account and all associated data (including favorites, alerts, profile info, and device tokens), open the Game Sniper app, navigate to the "Profile & Settings" screen, and tap the "Delete Account" button. Alternatively, you can email us at gamesniper.support@gmail.com to request manual data deletion.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated version in the app and on this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of Game Sniper after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
