Introduction
Game Set Go ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Game Set Go mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Game Set Go does not require user registration, signup, or login. We do not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
However, the following non-personal data may be collected by third-party services integrated into our app:
- Device identifiers (Advertising ID, IP address)
- Device model, operating system version, and screen size
- App usage data and interaction patterns
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, video completions, rewarded ad views)

2. Local Data Storage
The following data is stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences:
- Favorite games list
- Language preference
- Theme preference (dark/light mode)
- Ad removal purchase status
- Interstitial ad frequency counter
- GDPR consent preferences
This data is never transmitted to our servers. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, this information will be permanently lost.
3. In-App Purchases
Game Set Go offers an optional in-app purchase to remove advertisements:
- Product: "Remove Ads" (one-time, non-consumable purchase)
- Processed through: Google Play Billing

Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies. The ad removal status is stored locally on your device and can be restored on the same Google Play account.
4. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)
We use Google AdMob as our advertising partner to serve ads within the app. The following ad formats are used:
- Banner Ads: displayed at the bottom of screens
- Interstitial Ads: shown when opening or exiting a game (every 3rd game open)
- Rewarded Interstitial Ads: optional rewarded ads for in-app benefits
- App Open Ads: shown when returning to the app from background
AdMob may collect and use data to provide personalized advertising. This includes:
- Device identifiers (Advertising ID, IP address)
- Device information (model, OS version, language)
- Ad interaction data
You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by:
- Going to your device Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
- Resetting your Advertising ID

5. WebView Content
Games within Game Set Go are loaded through an in-app WebView browser. The websites hosting these games may independently collect data such as cookies, usage analytics, or device information. We do not control the data practices of these third-party game websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites you interact with through the app.
6. Children's Privacy
Game Set Go is rated "Everyone" on Google Play and is suitable for all age groups. However:
- Game Set Go is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction) for data collection purposes.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
- Since no account creation is required, no child-specific profiles are created.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at drillmovies@gmail.com and we will promptly delete such information.
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13.
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share non-personal, aggregated information with:
- Google AdMob for advertising purposes
- Google Play for in-app purchase processing
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
8. Data Security
We value your trust in providing us with your information. While we do not collect personal data, we implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect any information processed within the app. All network communications use HTTPS encryption. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Right to Deletion: You can request that we delete any data we hold about you.

- Reject all non-essential data processing
You can change your consent choices at any time by accessing the Legal section within the app settings. Your consent choices are stored and respected by our advertising partners.
