This Privacy Policy describes how TechTenStein Services Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile application Gamer Recorder (the "App"), available on Google Play, Samsung Galaxy Store, and other app marketplaces.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
The App does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to use its core features.
If you contact us through the in-app "Contact Us" or "Share feedback with us" feature, your device's email application opens a message addressed to contact@techtenstein.com pre-populated with the App version, your Android version, and your device model, plus any text you choose to write. We use this information solely to respond to your feedback or support request.
Device information: device model, manufacturer, OS version, screen resolution, system language, time zone.
Advertising identifier: your device's resettable Advertising ID (AAID), collected by our advertising partners only with your consent obtained through the in-app consent dialog.
Ad interaction data: ad impressions, clicks, and approximate location (derived from IP address), used by advertising partners to serve and measure ads.
The App itself has no backend server and operates no first-party analytics or crash-reporting service. Your recordings and screenshots are stored only on your device.
Screen recordings, screenshots and trimmed clips you create are saved to app-specific storage on your device only. They are never uploaded to us or any third party unless you explicitly choose to share them using your device's share sheet. Uninstalling the App removes all of this on-device data.
The App shows notifications (for example, the ongoing recording-status notification and the "share your recording" notification) that are generated and shown entirely on your device. We do not operate a notification server and no personal information leaves your device for notifications. You may disable notifications at any time from your device's system settings.

The App does not use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Remote Config, or the Google Play Install Referrer API.
Through AdMob mediation, the App may display ads served by the following networks. Each may collect device identifiers, IP address, and approximate location for personalising and measuring ads.

You can opt out of personalised ads via the in-app consent dialog or by resetting your Advertising ID in your device's system settings.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the third-party advertising services listed in Section 4, each governed by its own privacy policy. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.
The App stores no personally identifying data on any server we operate, because the App has no backend infrastructure of its own. On-device data (settings, recordings, screenshots) remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Data collected by the advertising partners is retained per each partner's published policy.

All data the App stores on your device (settings, recordings, screenshots, and the advertising consent state) is removed when you uninstall the App. To request deletion of any data held by our advertising partners, or to exercise any right above, contact contact@techtenstein.com and we will respond within 30 days.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
Your information may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside your country. By using the App, you consent to such transfers, which take place under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the App's first launch after the update.
