PRIVACY POLICY FOR GAME PULSE

This Privacy Policy explains how Game Pulse (“the App”), identified by the package name com.pulsigry.app, accesses, uses, stores, and protects information.
1. INFORMATION WE ACCESS
Game Pulse does not require account registration and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, or payment information.
The App may access the following information:
Profile photo
You may voluntarily select an image using the Android system photo picker. The App accesses only the image you select. It does not request broad access to your photo library.
The selected image is used only as your local profile photo. Game Pulse does not upload or transmit this image to the developer or to the sports data provider.
Language preference
The language selected in the App is stored locally on your device so that the App can remember your choice.
Sports information requests
Game Pulse connects to a third-party sports data service to retrieve football match information. Standard network information, such as your IP address, request time, and basic connection details, may be processed by that provider when a request is made.
The App does not intentionally transmit your profile photo, language preference, contacts, location, advertising identifier, or account information with these requests.
2. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Information accessed by the App is used only to:
• display your selected profile photo;
• remember your language preference;
• retrieve and display football match information;
• provide spoiler-free match discovery and replay features;
• maintain the security and reliability of network requests.
Game Pulse does not use personal information for advertising, profiling, or marketing.
3. DATA SHARING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Game Pulse uses API-FOOTBALL, operated by API-Sports, to retrieve football match information.
The service provider may process standard network and technical information according to its own privacy policy:

Game Pulse does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. The App currently contains no advertising, analytics, or third-party crash-reporting services.
Information may be disclosed if required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
4. LOCAL STORAGE AND RETENTION
The selected profile image remains in its original location on your device or in the storage provider from which you selected it. The App stores a local reference that allows it to display the image.
You can remove the profile photo at any time from the Profile screen. Doing so removes the saved reference and releases the App’s access to that image.
Your language preference remains stored until you change it, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App.
Depending on your Android device and account settings, local preferences may be included in an Android system backup. Such backups are controlled by your device and backup provider.
Network information processed by the sports data provider is retained according to that provider’s own policies.
5. DATA SECURITY
Game Pulse uses encrypted HTTPS connections when requesting sports information. The App limits photo access to the specific image selected through the Android photo picker.
However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
6. YOUR CHOICES
You may:
• use the App without adding a profile photo;
• remove your profile photo from the Profile screen;
• change the App language at any time;
• clear locally stored information through Android system settings;
• remove all locally stored App information by uninstalling the App.
Because Game Pulse does not provide user accounts or maintain a developer-controlled database of personal profiles, there is no separate online account or server-side profile to delete.
7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Game Pulse is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that the matter can be investigated.
8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App’s functionality, data practices, or legal requirements change.
Any updated version will include a revised “Last updated” date. Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
