政策摘要
拍攝或選擇的畫作只在使用者裝置上裁切、去背並建立角色，不會由本 App 上傳到開發者伺服器。角色、遊戲進度、排行榜、遊玩券與水族箱資料保存在裝置本機；目前不提供帳號、雲端同步、聊天、社群分享或公開個人檔案。
照片與相機
相機與照片圖庫只用來建立遊戲角色，影像處理在裝置內完成。我們不會把原始照片或去背後的角色圖片傳給廣告服務。使用者可拒絕權限，並隨時在 iOS「設定」中更改。
本機儲存與刪除

獎勵廣告

兒童與家長

Policy Summary
Drawings captured with the camera or selected from the photo library are cropped, processed, and turned into characters only on the user's device. The app does not upload these drawings to the developer's servers. Character data, game progress, leaderboards, play tickets, and aquarium data are stored locally. The app currently does not provide accounts, cloud sync, chat, social sharing, or public profiles.
Photos and Camera
Camera and photo library access are used only to create game characters. Image processing takes place on the device. Original photos and processed character images are not sent to advertising services. Users may deny these permissions or change them at any time in iOS Settings.
Local Storage and Deletion
Users can delete characters within the app. Deleting the app or clearing its data also removes locally stored content. Local content currently cannot be recovered or transferred to another device.
Rewarded Advertising
The app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK for optional, user-initiated rewarded ads, such as earning play tickets, restoring a character's health, repairing the drilling machine, receiving double rewards, or reviving in supported games. Rewards clearly shown on screen are granted only after an ad is successfully watched to completion. Ad requests are configured for child-directed treatment, general-audience content, and non-personalized ads, with first-party advertising identifiers disabled. Google may still process ad interactions, device information, network addresses, and diagnostic information under its policies to provide and protect its services. Drawings are not shared with advertising services.
Subscriptions and Purchases
The ad-free plan and offer-code redemption are processed by Apple StoreKit and the App Store. The app determines ad-free access from Apple-verified transactions and does not store payment-card information. Users can view or cancel auto-renewal through Apple's subscription management interface. After cancellation, purchased access remains available until the end of the current paid period.
Children and Parents
The app does not require an account or ask users to enter a birth date, name, address, or contact information. Parents or guardians should help children understand the camera, photo, rewarded-ad, and subscription features.
