Welcome to Game Collectors Cabinet. By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:

Sourcing & Authenticity All factory-sealed new releases are sourced directly from official, manufacturer-authorized distributors. For vintage and pre-owned collectibles, every item undergoes rigorous in-house inspection to guarantee 100% authenticity before it hits our shelves.

Pricing & Market Volatility The games and collectibles market fluctuates rapidly. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order resulting from typographical, pricing, or inventory errors on our site.

Purchase & Quantity Limits To protect our inventory from scalping, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, household, or order.

​Direct Orders & Website Purchases: Returns for direct sales must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unaltered condition (factory-sealed games, cards, and collectibles must remain sealed). Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or materially different than described.

​In-Person Sales (Flea Markets, Pop-ups, & Local Events): All in-person purchases made at live booth events, flea markets, and local meetups are final sale. Please inspect all items thoroughly at the booth before completing your transaction.

What We Collect: We collect only the essential details needed to process your orders: your name, address, email, phone number, and payment information.

How We Use It: We share data only with secure, essential partners required to run our store (like payment processors and shipping carriers).

Strict No-Sale Policy:  We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to outside brokers or third parties.

Security: All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted SSL checkouts. We do not store full credit card numbers.

Your Data Rights: You can contact us anytime to update your information or request data deletion.

Quality Guarantee

We are collectors and enthusiasts first. Every item we ship is handled with the care it deserves so it arrives at your door looking and playing great.

Clean & Tested: All retro games, consoles, and collectibles are thoroughly cleaned, tested, and inspected before they hit our shelves.

Disc Resurfacing: Any scratched game or movie discs if necessary, are professionally repaired on our resurfacing equipment to ensure flawless play.

Collector-Grade Packaging: We pack everything with protective materials to prevent damage, crushed corners, or scuffs during transit. When you buy from us, you are getting items that have been treated with genuine care, from our hands to yours.

Return Policy

​At Game Collectors Cabinet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our guidelines below:

​Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

​Product Condition: We accept returns on both new and slightly used products (including items that have been opened or slightly used).

​Return Shipping: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. You will need to cover and arrange your own shipping back to us.

​Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

​Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

Live Event & Mobile Booth Policy

• Event Pricing vs. Online Pricing: Clarify that prices online and at live event booths may occasionally differ due to event fees, booth specials, or cash-in-hand discounts, and that live prices are not guaranteed online retroactively.

• On-Site Inspection & "As-Is" Sales: State that items inspected and purchased in person at live venues are sold "As-Is / Final Sale" once you leave the booth (unless explicitly covered by a written warranty), since the customer had the chance to physically inspect condition on the spot.

• Held Items / Holds: Establish a strict policy on holding items at live events (e.g., "No holds without full pre-payment; items remain available to all attendees until paid").

Collectibles, Trading Cards & Sealed Product Policy

• Sealed Product Integrity: Once a factory-sealed collectible or TCG booster box/pack is opened, it is completely non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances (protects against "pack weighing," box mapping, or buyers opening packs and trying to return non-hits).

• Condition & Grading Standards: State clearly how item conditions are classified (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played, Complete in Box) and clarify that raw, ungraded cards/games are sold based on listed condition descriptors, not guaranteed third-party grading outcomes (e.g., "guaranteed PSA 10").

• Market Fluctuation Clause: For volatile TCG/collectible items, state that prices fluctuate with current market value, and order cancellations based on market swings after purchase will not be honored.

Direct Order & Payment Authorization Policy

• Chargeback & Fraud Protection: Reserve the right to cancel and refund any direct order flagged for high risk, mismatched billing/shipping addresses, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Address Accuracy: The buyer is strictly responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable shipping address. Re-shipping costs due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer are paid by the customer.

• Order Cancellation Requests: Specify time limits for canceling an order before it hits the packing/shipping pipeline (e.g., "Cancellation requests must be received within 2 hours of purchase before fulfillment begins").

Game Collectors Cabinet is an independent vendor and participant in the events listed on this page. We are not the hosts, organizers, or managers of these events. Because we do not control venue operations, ticketing, or scheduling, we cannot guarantee event times, admission policies, or weather-related changes. We highly encourage attendees to verify details directly with the official event host before arriving.

​Limitation of Liability

By using this event schedule, you acknowledge and agree that Game Collectors Cabinet (and its owners, employees, or affiliates) shall not be held liable or responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, financial losses, or injuries occurring at, during, or in transit to any listed events. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations, venue modifications, or personal property damage. Attendance and participation in these events are entirely at your own risk.

Applies To: All public interactions, electronic communications, phone/SMS channels, live market venues, and commercial vendor/distributor relationships associated with Game Collectors Cabinet.

1. Business Legitimacy & Commercial Model

Game Collectors Cabinet operates as an officially registered, compliant, multi-channel retailer utilizing mobile pop-up venues, live market appearances, and direct digital sales channels.

• Recognition of Retail Status: The absence of a traditional single-location, fixed-lease brick-and-mortar storefront does not diminish our status as a licensed commercial entity.

• Regulatory Compliance: We maintain active state business registrations, sales and use tax permits, and resale certificates required by law.

2. Prohibited Conduct & Business Interference

A. Defamation & False Claims (Libel & Slander)

We strictly prohibit any individual or entity from originating, publishing, or spreading false statements regarding our legal status, operational capacity, or commercial legitimacy. This includes:

• Falsely claiming or implying to the public, vendors, suppliers, or distributors that Game Collectors Cabinet is "not a real store," unauthorized, or fraudulent.

• Distributing altered, fabricated, or deceptive context regarding our inventory, pricing, or business practices.

B. Tortious Interference with Business Relations

Any deliberate attempt to disrupt, impair, or destroy our commercial relationships with current or prospective distributors, vendors, platforms, or customers is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Contacting our distributors or suppliers to undermine our wholesale accounts or purchasing standing with false allegations.

• Contacting event organizers or market venues to maliciously sabotage our booth bookings or vendor status.

C. Contact Details Abuse & Unauthorized Distribution

To preserve operational efficiency and personal safety, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Doxxing & Spamming: Distributing our business or personal phone numbers, email addresses, or physical locations to third-party marketing lists, call centers, or public forums without explicit written consent.

• Telephonic & Electronic Harassment: Executing repeated, harassing, or bad-faith phone calls, text messages, or emails intended to disrupt daily operations.

3. Enforcement, Evidence Logging & Legal Action

Game Collectors Cabinet maintains a zero-tolerance stance against active commercial sabotage, harassment, and defamation. Violations will trigger the following measures:

1. Evidentiary Documentation: All harassing calls, unauthorized list sign-ups, deceptive posts, and third-party interference reports are logged with timestamps, IP addresses, caller IDs, and relevant metadata.

2. Immediate Account & Platform Blocking: Bad-faith actors will be permanently blocked across all digital feeds, direct ordering channels, and communication routes.

3. Formal Vendor Clarification: Any attempt to interfere with our supply chain will be countered immediately with a formal Distributor Verification Packet containing our official state credentials sent directly to the vendor.

4. Cease & Desist Escalation: Formal demand letters will be served to identified individuals or entities engaging in tortious interference or defamation per se.

5. Civil Litigation & Law Enforcement Referral: We reserve the right to pursue civil lawsuits for financial damages, injunctive relief, and legal fees. Actions involving stalking, extortion, or repeated illegal telecommunications abuse will be referred directly to law enforcement authorities.

4. Reservation of Rights

Game Collectors Cabinet reserves the absolute right to refuse service, cancel orders, deny access to direct ordering channels, or terminate vendor/customer interactions with any individual or entity exhibiting abusive, harassing, or deceptive behavior.

Legal Context Notice: Under applicable law, false statements made to third parties (such as vendors or suppliers) that directly harm a business's trade reputation or interfere with active commercial contracts constitute actionable Defamation Per Se and Tortious Interference with Business Relationships. Formal records are maintained to support legal remedies where necessary.
