This policy explains what Game Mode collects, why, and who it is shared with. It applies to the Android app distributed on Google Play. It describes the app's actual technical behaviour; it is not legal advice.
Short version
Game Mode has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, phone number, contacts, photos, files, or precise location. The app is free and supported by advertising, so our advertising partners receive your device's advertising identifier and technical device information in order to serve and measure ads, and Google Firebase receives usage events and crash reports. Everything the app measures while you play — the HUD readings, your sessions, network checks, Test Kit readings and Gamer Training results — stays on your device. The AI Game Coach learns from your sessions entirely on your device; nothing is sent anywhere.
1. Information collected automatically
When you use the app, we and our partners collect:
Advertising ID and ad interaction data (ad requests, impressions, clicks) — used to serve and measure ads and to prevent ad fraud. Collected by Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX and the networks AppLovin MAX works with, such as Meta Audience Network.
Device and app information (device model, operating system version, language, country, app version, performance information about the app and the advertising SDKs) — used for ad delivery, compatibility and diagnostics. Collected by our ad partners and Firebase.
Approximate location derived from your IP address (country or region level, never GPS) — used for ad relevance and to apply the correct consent rules. Collected by our ad partners. The app itself does not request any location permission.
Information about other apps on your device — depending on the partner, advertising SDKs may collect information about apps installed on the device for ad measurement, fraud prevention and personalisation, as described in their own policies. Game Mode itself reads the list of apps that have a launcher icon only to let you choose your games; that list stays on your device.
App usage events (screens opened and features used — for example which Network Check tab ran or whether the GFX Guide was opened — and how the app was installed, read from the Google Play install referrer) — used to understand which features are used and to measure installs. Collected by Firebase Analytics; install attribution is also read by our ad partners.
Purchase events (which VIP plan was bought, its price and currency) — used to count sales. Sent to Firebase Analytics. Your payment details are never involved (see section 7).
Crash reports and diagnostics (the error and where it happened in the app's code, errors the app records while running, device model, operating system version, app version and an installation identifier) — used to find and fix bugs. Collected by Firebase Crashlytics.
The app does not collect your identity, contacts, call logs, SMS, photos, files, microphone or camera data, or GPS location, and it does not request storage, location, contacts, camera, microphone or phone permissions.
2. Information stored only on your device
Your settings — your list of games, which stats appear in the Game HUD, the HUD position, monitor colors, Ultra Mode profiles (including per-game profiles), sound and vibration switches, VIP status — are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to us. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes them.
While the Game HUD or a corner monitor is running, the app reads the screen refresh rate, free memory, battery level and temperature and network latency reported by Android. A recorded session can include its duration, refresh rate per minute, ping, temperature peak, battery-level change and connection type, plus a short network summary: the network type (Wi-Fi, mobile data or none), the strongest and weakest Wi-Fi signal strength and its band, the highest total data rate of the whole device (one number for all apps together, never per app), and the moment the network changed or dropped, if it did. The app does not read the Wi-Fi network's name, the router's address, or your location. Each game's sessions can be reviewed inside the app; sessions older than seven days are shown in detail to VIP subscribers. All of these readings stay on your device and are not uploaded to us.
You can export a session summary as an image. The image is generated on your device from the readings already shown on screen and is handed to the sharing target you choose; nothing is sent anywhere unless you pick an app to share it with. Exports made without a VIP subscription carry a small watermark with the app's name.
The AI Network Check keeps its last twelve results on your device (average ping, jitter, lost samples, connection type and the time of the check) so the screen can show your usual and best values. Gamer Training (Robot Range) keeps your results on your device — scores, stars, your recent runs and, for each range, the timing and tap positions of your best round, so the lobby can replay that round. The Test Kit reads touch input, display information and controller input only while its screen is open, to show them there; none of it is saved or uploaded. The device check, the pre-launch check and the GFX Guide read hardware information on your device (total and free memory, CPU cores, display rate and resolution, storage, battery level, health and temperature, connection type) only to show it and to choose a suggestion. The optional home-screen widget and game shortcuts only open the game page you chose; they read nothing new. None of this is uploaded.
3. AI Game Coach
AI Game Coach is a small machine-learning model that lives inside the app. It is trained only on the play-session readings described in section 2, and only on your device: after each recorded session it refits itself in a fraction of a second and shows what it found — for example after how many minutes the refresh rate usually starts dropping in a game, or when the phone tends to reach 40 °C — and, before you launch a game, a forecast built from your most similar past sessions. Nothing is uploaded, no server is involved, and it works offline.
Its statements are predictions from your own past sessions, not guarantees, and they never change anything on your device or in your games. The per-game Deep Report (curves, best conditions, session plan) is computed the same way. VIP subscribers can turn on Live Coach reminders: while you play, the app shows an ordinary notification two minutes before the minute your sessions usually start dropping, and once when the battery reaches 40 °C; a daily reminder can also mark the start of the play window in which your sessions have been most stable. These reminders are generated on your device and can be switched off in Settings. Uninstalling the app removes the sessions and the model with them.
4. Permissions and why they are used
Display over other apps — draws the Game HUD and the optional corner monitors on top of your game. Nothing is recorded or captured from your screen.
Foreground service — keeps the Game HUD readings live while your game is in front, keeps the screen awake when Ultra Mode asks for it, and, for VIP subscribers who switch on Auto HUD, watches for a game from your list coming to the front. Each shows an ongoing notification with a way to stop it.
Notifications — shows the ongoing notifications Android requires while the HUD, a corner monitor or Auto HUD is running, and the reminders you choose to receive (weekly report, analysis tips, Live Coach and best-time reminders). The app asks for this permission when you turn on something that needs it.
Usage access (optional) — only if you grant it. The app checks which app is currently on screen so the HUD can notice when you switch away from your game and offer to jump back or end the session; for VIP subscribers who switch on Auto HUD, it checks every two seconds while the screen is on whether a game from your list has come to the front, to open the HUD for it; and the Game storage card uses it to show when your listed games were last used and how much space they take. The value is compared on your device, never stored as a history, and never sent anywhere. You can revoke it any time in Android Settings; the HUD keeps working on games you start from the app.
Internet, network state, Wi-Fi state — measures latency (see section 5), identifies the current connection type for local session comparisons, reads the signal strength and band of the Wi-Fi you are connected to (never its name or anything tied to your location) for the session summary and the Wi-Fi · 4G/5G tab, and loads ads.
Change network connectivity — used only by the Wi-Fi · 4G/5G tab of the AI Network Check, to ask Android for a mobile data path while you are on Wi-Fi and to give it back as soon as the measurement ends. It does not switch your phone's network or any other app's connection. Granted at install; nothing is asked.
Modify system settings (optional) — only if you turn on Ultra Mode. When you open a game from the app, it can switch auto-brightness off at the level you chose and turn auto-rotate off — using that game's own profile if you set one; your previous settings are restored when you return to the app, or once you have been away from the game for about a minute and a half. Ultra Mode can also set the media volume (no permission needed) and keep the screen awake while that game is in front, with an ongoing notification and a stop button. None of this involves any data. The app does not close other apps and cannot read their content.
Do Not Disturb access (optional) — only if you turn on Focus Mode, to switch Do Not Disturb on while you play and restore your previous setting afterwards.
Run at startup — lets Auto HUD resume after the phone restarts or the app is updated, only if you switched it on.
Home-screen shortcuts — on Android 7.1 and older, allows the "Add shortcut to home screen" button to place a game shortcut; newer Android versions ask you to confirm instead.
Vibration — declared by the AppLovin advertising SDK; the app's own vibration in Gamer Training and the Test Kit uses Android's standard touch feedback and can be switched off on those screens.
Advertising ID and Android's ad privacy features — declared by the advertising SDKs (Google Mobile Ads, AppLovin) and Firebase so they can read the advertising ID and, on Android versions that offer them, use Android's privacy-preserving advertising APIs; you control these in your device's ad privacy settings.
Billing — processes the VIP subscription through Google Play.
5. Network measurements
The app's own network checks only time how long a connection takes; they send no personal data. Every ping the app shows — the live monitor, the Game HUD and corner monitor, the device, pre-launch and GFX checks, and the AI Network Check — comes from a short connection to a public DNS server (Google Public DNS, 8.8.8.8). The Regions tab briefly opens and closes a connection to Amazon Web Services endpoints in 13 regions to time the handshake. The Wi-Fi · 4G/5G tab measures the same round trip over Wi-Fi and over mobile data at the same time, which uses a small amount of mobile data. Like any internet connection, these servers can see your device's IP address; the app does not send them anything else, and the results stay on your device.
6. Advertising and your choices
Ads are provided by Google AdMob and AppLovin MAX, which may include mediation partners such as Meta Audience Network. These partners may use your advertising ID to show personalised ads. VIP subscribers see no ads.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we ask for your consent before serving personalised ads, using Google's User Messaging Platform. You can change your choice at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy options.
Anywhere, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads on some devices), which stops the advertising ID from being used to build a profile.
California residents: sharing advertising identifiers with ad partners for targeted advertising may qualify as "sharing" under the CCPA/CPRA. You can opt out with the same in-app privacy controls or by resetting your advertising ID.

7. Purchases
The VIP subscription is billed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment card, bank details, or billing address. Google processes the payment and tells the app only whether an active purchase exists; the app records a purchase event (plan, price, currency) in Firebase Analytics as described in section 1.
8. Contacting us and the VIP feedback line
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use them only to answer you. VIP subscribers can use the VIP feedback line in the app: you choose a topic and write your message in the app, and the app then opens your own email app with a message addressed to fenixx.h19.publish@gmail.com that contains your text, the app version, your device model and Android version. Nothing is sent unless you send that email yourself. Until then, your unsent draft is kept on your device so it is not lost; it is deleted once handed to your email app.
9. Children
Game Mode is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has used the app and provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Data retention and deletion
We do not maintain user accounts, so there is no profile to delete. Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data. Data held by our advertising and analytics partners is retained according to their own policies, linked above; you can limit it by resetting your advertising ID. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer them. To ask about data associated with your device, email fenixx.h19.publish@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Because we do not hold accounts, most requests are best directed to the partner holding the data, but you can always contact us first at fenixx.h19.publish@gmail.com.
12. Security
Data sent to our partners is transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we limit collection to what the app actually needs.
13. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and change the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
