This policy explains what Game Mode collects, why, and who it is shared with. It applies to the Android app distributed on Google Play.

Short version

Game Mode has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, files, or precise location. The app is free and supported by advertising, so our advertising partners receive your device's advertising identifier and technical device information in order to serve and measure ads.

1. Information collected automatically

When you use the app, we and our partners collect:

• Advertising ID and ad interaction data (impressions, clicks) — used to serve and measure ads and to prevent ad fraud. Collected by Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX and its mediation partners.

• Device and app information (device model, operating system version, language, country, app version) — used for ad delivery, compatibility and diagnostics. Collected by our ad partners and Firebase.

• Approximate location derived from your IP address (country or region level, never GPS) — used for ad relevance and to apply the correct consent rules. Collected by our ad partners.

• App usage events (screens opened, features used, crashes) — used to understand which features are used and to fix bugs. Collected by Firebase Analytics.

• Subscription status for the VIP (ad-free) purchase — used to remove ads for paying users. Handled by Google Play Billing.

The app does not collect your identity, contacts, call logs, SMS, photos, files, microphone or camera data, or GPS location. It does not request storage, location, contacts, or phone permissions.

2. Information stored only on your device

Your settings — which stats appear in the Game HUD, the HUD position, boost preferences, VIP status — are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to us. Uninstalling the app removes them.

While the Game HUD or a corner monitor is running, the app reads the screen refresh rate, free memory, battery temperature and network latency reported by Android. Session history can also include session duration, temperature peak, battery-level change and connection type. Each game's recorded sessions can be reviewed inside the app; sessions older than seven days are shown in detail to VIP subscribers. All of these readings stay on your device and are not uploaded to us.

You can export a session summary as an image. The image is generated on your device from the readings already shown on screen and is handed to the sharing target you choose; nothing is sent anywhere unless you pick an app to share it with. Exports made without a VIP subscription carry a small watermark with the app's name.

3. Permissions and why they are used

• Display over other apps — draws the Game HUD on top of your game. Nothing is recorded or captured from your screen.

• Notifications — shows the ongoing notification Android requires while the HUD or a corner monitor is running.

• Usage access (optional) — only if you turn on game detection. The app checks which app is currently on screen so it can notice when you switch away from your game and offer to jump back or end the session. The value is compared on your device, never stored, and never sent anywhere. You can revoke this any time in Android Settings; the HUD keeps working without it.

• Internet, network state, Wi-Fi state — measures ping to a public DNS endpoint, identifies the current connection type for local session comparisons, and loads ads.

• Close background apps — closes eligible background processes when you explicitly use the pre-launch cleanup. The app cannot read content belonging to other apps.

• Billing — processes the VIP subscription through Google Play.

4. Advertising and your choices

Ads are provided by Google AdMob and AppLovin MAX, which may include mediation partners such as Meta Audience Network. These partners may use your advertising ID to show personalised ads.

• In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we ask for your consent before serving personalised ads, using Google's User Messaging Platform. You can change your choice at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy options.

• Anywhere, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads, which stops advertising IDs from being used to build a profile.

• California residents: sharing advertising identifiers with ad partners for targeted advertising may qualify as "sharing" under the CCPA/CPRA. You can opt out with the same in-app privacy controls or by resetting your advertising ID.

5. Purchases

The VIP (ad-free) subscription is billed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment card, bank details, or billing address. Google processes the payment and tells the app only whether an active purchase exists.

6. Children

Game Mode is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has used the app and provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data retention and deletion

We do not maintain user accounts, so there is no profile to delete. Locally stored settings are removed when you uninstall the app. Data held by our advertising and analytics partners is retained according to their own policies, linked above. 8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Because we do not hold accounts, most requests are best directed to the partner holding the data, but you can always contact us first at fenixx.h19.publish@gmail.com.

9. Security

Data sent to our partners is transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we limit collection to what the app actually needs.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and change the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
