This policy describes what the app actually does with data, based on its real technical behaviour. Game Mode Pro: Launcher & HUD is a paid app: it shows no ads and does not share your data with advertisers. There is no advertising SDK in the app.

1. Information collected automatically

The app has no account system and never asks for your name, email address, or contacts. These Google services inside the app process limited technical data:

The developer runs no servers of their own and receives no directly identifying information about you — only the aggregated statistics and crash reports that Google provides.

The network measurements described below also leave the device, but they carry no personal data: latency checks go to Google Public DNS (8.8.8.8), and the Regions tab of Network check briefly connects to public Amazon Web Services endpoints. Like any internet connection, those servers see your device's IP address; the app sends them nothing else and learns nothing about you from them.

2. Information that stays on your device

Everything the app measures or records for you is stored locally and is never uploaded:

Backing up and restoring your session log

You can save your play-session records to a file and load them back later. Both directions use Android's own file picker: you choose the file and where it goes, the app writes or reads only that one file, and no storage permission is requested or held. The file contains the same session records described above and nothing else — no account, no identifier, no contact data.

Nothing is sent anywhere: the file is created on your device, and where it travels afterwards (a cloud drive, a chat message, another phone) is entirely your decision, outside this app and outside this policy. Restoring adds sessions from the file and never deletes what is already on the device; a session that is already there is not duplicated.

Game Coach: the model runs on your device

Game Coach reads the play-session records listed above and fits a small statistical model to them — the minute your sessions with a game tend to become uneven, how the battery and temperature move over a session, which time of day and network type your sessions held up best on. All of that happens inside the app on your phone, using only records this app made on this phone.

No session, no model and no result is uploaded, shared, or sent to us or to anyone else. There is no account and no server behind this feature. Because it is fitted only to your own history, its output is an estimate rather than a guarantee, and it does not change your game or your device.

The same records feed the home screen widget and the optional reminders shown while you play. Both read only what is already stored on this device. Clearing the app's data removes the records, and with them everything Game Coach had learned.

Clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app deletes all of it.

3. Permissions and why they are used

Each permission is requested only at the moment you turn on the feature that needs it, with an explanation of why that feature needs it. Nothing is requested at first launch.

4. Purchases

The app is sold on Google Play, and the optional VIP subscription is billed by Google Play. The app never sees your card number, bank details, or billing address. Manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

5. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the Google services listed above, contact us at the address below and we will help to have it removed.

6. Retention and deletion

Data on your device stays there until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app; both remove it completely. A backup file you exported yourself is not touched by either: it lives wherever you saved it, and deleting it is up to you. Data processed by Google (analytics, crash reports, billing) is retained under Google's own policies and is not accessible to the developer in a form that identifies you. To ask about data held about you, email us at the address below.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because the developer holds no directly identifying data about you, most of these rights are exercised against Google for the services listed above. For anything else, email us and we will help.

8. Security

Analytics, crash reports and billing data leave the device only to Google, over encrypted connections; the network measurements carry no personal data. No method of transmission is completely secure, but the app keeps the risk small by leaving your measurements and settings on the device.

9. Changes

Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will also be reflected in the app's Google Play listing.
