This policy describes what the app actually does with data, based on its real technical behaviour. Game Booster 4x Faster Pro is a paid app: it shows no ads and does not share your data with advertisers. There is no advertising SDK in the app.

1. Information collected automatically

The app has no account system and never asks for your name, email address, or contacts. Four Google services inside the app process limited technical data:

• Google Analytics for Firebase — anonymous usage events (screens opened, and which features are used, such as turning on the Game HUD or Game Mode) plus general device information (model, operating system version, country, app version) and an app-instance identifier. It does not receive the names of your games or your device readings. Purpose: understand which features are used so they can be improved. Recipient: Google.

• Firebase Crashlytics — when the app crashes or logs an error it sends a crash report: the stack trace, device model and operating system version, and a diagnostic log of recent app events. It is not used to track you and does not receive your game names or readings. Purpose: find and fix crashes. Recipient: Google.

• Firebase Remote Config — downloads configuration values for the app; the request carries standard device information handled by Google under the Firebase terms. Purpose: adjust app behaviour without shipping an update. Recipient: Google.

• Google Play Billing and Google Play In-App Review — handle the optional VIP subscription and the optional review prompt entirely inside Google Play. Your card number, bank details, and billing address never reach the app or the developer. The app only learns whether a subscription is currently active. Recipient: Google.

The developer runs no servers of their own and receives no directly identifying information about you — only the aggregated statistics and crash reports that Google provides.

2. Information that stays on your device

Everything the app measures or records for you is stored locally and is never uploaded:

• your Game Launcher list — which installed apps you marked as games;

• play-session records made while Game HUD is on: playing time, free memory, battery level and temperature, network latency to a public DNS server, and screen refresh rate;

• your settings — HUD layout and alert levels, Game Mode options, notification preferences;

• app-usage totals read from Android's usage statistics, used only to sort your game list.

Clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app deletes all of it.

3. Permissions and why they are used

Each permission is requested only at the moment you turn on the feature that needs it, with an explanation of why that feature needs it. Nothing is requested at first launch.

• Display over other apps — draws the floating Game HUD panel on top of your game. The overlay only draws; it does not capture, record, or read your screen, and it cannot see anything inside your game.

• Usage access — lets the app tell which app is in the foreground, so the HUD appears when a game opens and disappears when you leave it, so Auto Game Mode can switch on and off, and so your game list can be sorted by play time. These readings stay on the device.

• Close background apps (KILL_BACKGROUND_PROCESSES) — frees memory when you use the clear-memory feature. Closing an app cannot read that app's data. On Android 14 and newer the operating system no longer lets any app close another app's processes; there the feature reports your device's real memory state and says so plainly.

• Do Not Disturb access — Game Mode can silence notifications while you play and restores your previous setting when you turn it off. Used only if you enable it.

• Notifications — the ongoing Game HUD status notification (which carries a Stop button so you can switch the HUD off at any time) and the optional reminders you enable in Settings.

• Run at startup — restores the Game HUD service after a reboot if you had it switched on.

• Internet and network state — measures network latency against a public DNS server for the HUD, and lets the Google services above work. The latency test sends no personal data.

4. Purchases

The app is sold on Google Play, and the optional VIP subscription is billed by Google Play. The app never sees your card number, bank details, or billing address. Manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

5. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the Google services listed above, contact us at the address below and we will help to have it removed.

6. Retention and deletion

Data on your device stays there until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app; both remove it completely. Data processed by Google (analytics, crash reports, billing) is retained under Google's own policies and is not accessible to the developer in a form that identifies you. To ask about data held about you, email us at the address below.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because the developer holds no directly identifying data about you, most of these rights are exercised against Google for the services listed above. For anything else, email us and we will help.

8. Security

Data that leaves the device goes only to Google, over encrypted connections. No method of transmission is completely secure, but the app keeps the risk small by leaving your measurements and settings on the device.

9. Changes

Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will also be reflected in the app's Google Play listing.
