Guidelines

AGE

Renters and additional drivers must be at least 25 years of age with a valid drivers license.

INSURANCE

All renters must carry full coverage insurance to be eligible for a rental.  Almost all insurance companies will transfer your current coverage from your vehicle to our vehicle regardless of the make/model/year of you vehicle.  We will verify each renters insurance in order to guarantee a reservation.  Gamal Exotic Car Rental does not sell or provide any rental insurance packages.  In the event of any loss or damages to the vehicle, regardless of fault, your financial responsibility extends to the full value of the vehicle at the time of rental, less its salvage value, plus expenses for towing, storage impound fees, administrative fee and a reasonable cost for loss of use.  Your responsibility for theft of the vehicle shall not exceed the reasonable costs incurred by Gamal Exotic Car Rental for loss due to theft up to its fair market value, if it is established that you or any authorized operator failed to exercise reasonable care or aided or abetted in the theft.

DRIVERS LICENSE

An acceptable valid drivers license issued in your state of residence must be presented at the time of rental.  The drivers license must be valid for the entire rental period.  If the drivers license is in a language other than English an international drivers permit is required and must be accompanied by a valid drivers license issued from your home country.  You will not be permitted to rent with only an international drivers permit.  The renters driving license country MUST match the point of sale of the product reserved, if not the correct point of sale product will be applied at time of rental which may occur additional charges.

PAYMENT

Gamal Exotic Car Rental accepts the following forms of payment: Cash is the most acceptable for of payment at time of rental, however the security deposit must be paid on a major credit card.  Zelle, CashApp and major credit cards are also acceptable.  Credit cards must have the available credit for the estimated amount of rental charges plus the security deposit in order to secure the rental.  Please note that at the time of rental, you will need to present 1) A current drivers license, 2) A valid credit card or charge card in the renters name and 3) Proof of full coverage insurance.  Keep in mind that a confirmation of your reservation does not mean that your debit/credit card is acceptable to Gamal Exotic Car Rental.

DELIVERY & RETURN

Gamal Exotic Car Rental offers multiple vehicle delivery options.  You are welcome to pick up the vehicle from a agreed upon location.  Delivery of vehicle will require and additional fee agreed upon at time of reservation. Contact us for delivery rates to your desired location.

RENTAL DURATION

All rentals are billed in 24 hour/1 day windows.  A 1 day rental from Friday at 1:00 PM will be required to be returned on Saturday at 1:00 PM.  We grant a 1 hour grace period for all rentals after which an hourly charge of $100-$300 is billed.  Any rental that exceeds 3 hours after the scheduled return time will be billed an extra day unless waiver is granted.

RENTAL & SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDS

Refunds of your deposit or any other funds owed to you are posted by Gamal Exotic Car Rental upon close of your contract when you return the vehicle.  However, depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 10 days to process.

TRAVELING OUTSIDE OF GEORGIA

Gamal Exotic Car  Rental vehicles must not be driven outside of Georgia without prior approval.

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS

Additional authorized operators can be added only at the time of rental.  The primary renter and each Additional Authorized Operator must be present to sign the rental agreement and must meet normal rental qualifications, such as showing a valid drivers license, and meeting all age requirements.  Additional Driver Fees are $50.00 per day for each Additional Authorized Operator.

SMOKING

All Vehicles in the Gamal Exotic Car Rental are non smoking rental cars.  Cleaning fees will be charged if a vehicle is returned in a condition where it needs to be cleaned and deodorized due to being smoked in.  Smoking in any Gamal Exotic Car Rental vehicle may result in loss of rental deposit.

FUEL

All vehicles are to be returned with the same level of fuel at check out.  If fuel level is returned at a lower level a service charge of $10 per gallon will be charged.  When fueling Gamal Exotic Car Rental vehicles only use the proper fuel as specified by manufacture.

                                                                                                                CANCELLATION

You must cancel more than 24 hours in advance or you will be charged a minimum of one day rental charges plus taxes and appropriate fees.
