GCI Cross Country is a wonderful opportunity for any level of runner, from beginner to leisure to club. Athletes will build strength and endurance, while learning how to race at the same time. Running is also a great cross training sport that can help you prepare for track, hockey, tennis, and more. Cross Country meets 4 times a week, for a variety of types of practices from hills, to speed to long runs. Athletes who participate will also have the opportunity to race at some great venues across the region.
