GALSEN STUDIOS APP PRIVACY POLICY & TERMS

This policy applies to Android apps published on Google Play under developer name Galsen Studios:
Radio Egypt: Live Radio — package com.galsenstd.radioegypt, also displayed as Radio Egypt or راديو مصر.
Radio Kenya: Sauti Live FM — package com.galsenstd.radiokenya, also displayed as Radio Kenya.

PRIVACY POLICY
The apps provide access to internet radio streams. They do not require an account and do not ask users to provide a name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or precise location.
The apps use Google AdMob and related Google services to display banner, interstitial, and app-open advertisements, measure ad performance, provide analytics, and prevent fraud. These services may automatically collect or receive approximate location derived from an IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, device or other identifiers including the Android advertising ID, device type, operating-system information, and network information. This information may be processed or shared by Google for advertising or marketing, analytics, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
Where required, the apps use Google's User Messaging Platform to request consent or offer privacy choices before personalized advertising. Users can change applicable choices through privacy options presented in the app or through Android privacy and advertising settings.
When a user selects a station, the app connects to that station's internet stream. The station operator or hosting provider may receive technical information such as the user's IP address, device information, and request time to deliver the stream. Galsen Studios does not control independent broadcasters' privacy practices, content, or availability.
Favorites, appearance preferences, and language preferences are stored locally. Users may clear them by clearing app storage or uninstalling. Third-party providers retain information under their own policies. Current app and supported service traffic uses HTTPS where available, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
The apps are intended for users aged 13 and older and are not directed to children under 13. Galsen Studios does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian may contact galsenstd@gmail.com.
This policy may be updated when features, providers, or legal requirements change. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to galsenstd@gmail.com; please include the app name.
TERMS OF USE
By installing or using either app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The apps are independent radio directories and players provided by Galsen Studios. They are not official apps of listed broadcasters. Station names, logos, programs, streams, and other content belong to their respective owners. Inclusion does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Internet access is required and data charges may apply. The apps do not receive offline FM and do not guarantee that stations, programs, metadata, logos, or streams will remain available, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Use the apps only for personal and lawful listening. Do not interfere with them, bypass security, misuse station content, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.
The apps and directory information are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Galsen Studios disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for broadcaster content, interruptions, data charges, indirect losses, or third-party services. Legal rights that cannot be limited remain unaffected.
