계정이 필요한가요?
아니요. 갈피록은 회원가입이나 로그인이 필요하지 않습니다.
메모는 어디에 저장되나요?
책, 책갈피, 페이지와 사진은 이 iPhone의 앱 저장공간에 보관됩니다. 갈피록 자체 iCloud 동기화나 서버 전송 기능은 없습니다. 다만 사용자의 Apple 기기 백업 설정에 따라 일반 iCloud 백업 또는 Finder/iTunes 백업에 앱 데이터가 포함될 수 있습니다. 이는 갈피록 동기화가 아니며 개발자는 백업에 접근할 수 없습니다. 기기를 바꾸실 때는 앱 설정의 서재 백업에서 서재 전체를 파일로 내보내고, 새 기기에서 그 파일을 가져오면 됩니다.
사진은 어떻게 사용되나요?
사용자가 직접 선택한 사진이나 카메라로 촬영한 사진만 페이지에 추가합니다. 갈피록과 개발자는 사진을 외부 서버로 전송하거나 열람하지 않습니다.
잠긴 페이지는 어떻게 열 수 있나요?
앱 암호 또는 Face ID/기기 암호로 열 수 있습니다. 앱 암호를 잊었다면 앱 설정 > 암호 > 암호를 잊으셨나요?에서 Face ID 또는 기기 암호로 본인 인증 후 새 암호를 설정할 수 있습니다. 기존 암호는 표시되지 않습니다.
삭제한 기록은 어떻게 되나요?
삭제한 책, 책갈피, 페이지와 사진은 휴지통으로 이동해 30일간 보관되며, 그 뒤에는 앱이 자동으로 완전히 삭제합니다. 그 전에는 휴지통에서 복원하거나 직접 영구 삭제할 수 있습니다. 잠긴 페이지의 제목은 휴지통에서도 숨겨지며 직접 영구 삭제할 때는 인증이 필요합니다. 다만 30일이 지나 자동으로 삭제될 때는 잠금과 상관없이 지워지며 암호를 묻지 않습니다.
페이지를 다른 앱으로 보낼 수 있나요?
잠기지 않았거나 인증된 페이지의 메뉴에서 '텍스트로 공유'를 선택하면 시스템 공유 시트가 열립니다. 이때 사용자가 선택한 페이지 텍스트만 사용자가 고른 앱 또는 서비스로 전달되며 해당 서비스의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.

Support email and diagnostic details are used only to reply and troubleshoot, retained for up to one year, and can be deleted earlier on request.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an account?
No. Galpirok does not require registration or sign-in.
Where are my notes stored?
Books, bookmarks, pages, and photos are kept in this iPhone's app storage. Galpirok has no iCloud sync or server upload feature. Normal iCloud Backup or Finder/iTunes backup may include app data depending on the user's Apple device backup settings. This is not Galpirok sync, and the developer cannot access the backup. When you change phones, use App Settings > Library Backup to export your whole library to a file, and import that file on the new device.
How are photos used?
Only photos you select or take with the Camera feature are added to a page. Galpirok and the developer do not upload or view them.
How do I open a locked page?
Use the app password or Face ID/device passcode. If you forget the app password, go to App Settings > Password > Forgot Password?, authenticate with Face ID or the device passcode, and set a new password. The old password is never displayed.
What happens to deleted records?
Deleted books, bookmarks, pages, and photos move to Trash and stay there for 30 days, after which the app deletes them permanently on its own. Until then you can restore them or delete them permanently yourself. A locked page's title stays hidden in Trash, and deleting it permanently yourself requires authentication. The automatic deletion after 30 days happens whether or not a page is locked, and asks for no password.
Can I send a page to another app?
For an unlocked or authenticated page, choose Share as Text to open the iOS share sheet. Only the selected page text is sent to the app or service you choose, and that service's privacy policy applies.
