Galoria (“the Game”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from players, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. Firebase (Google Firebase): We use Firebase for cloud services such as database and analytics. Firebase helps us store your game progress securely and understand how players use the game. Firebase Analytics may collect device information, app usage data, and crash reports to help us fix bugs and improve game performance. Google’s privacy policy applies to data collected via Firebase.
Appodeal: Appodeal is an advertising mediation platform we use to show ads in Galoria. Appodeal works with multiple ad networks to display ads. It may collect your device’s advertising ID, IP address, and other non-personal information to ensure you receive relevant advertisements and to prevent showing the same ad too often.
AdMob (Google AdMob): AdMob is one of the ad networks mediated through Appodeal to serve in-game ads. AdMob may collect data such as your device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID), approximate location, and usage information to personalize ads to you (in accordance with Google’s policies and with your consent where required). These ads allow us to keep the game free.
Photon: We use Photon to enable real-time multiplayer gameplay. Photon (a service by Photon Engine) manages network connections between players. It may process data like IP addresses, device IDs, and gameplay event data to synchronize multiplayer sessions. This data is used only to provide multiplayer features and maintain game performance.
Each of these third-party services has its own privacy policy regarding how they handle your data. We encourage you to review those policies for more details on their data practices. We do not control the data collected by these third parties, but we only integrate services that are reputable and committed to data security.
Galoria uses the collected information for the following purposes:
To Provide and Improve the Game: We use your game profile data to save your progress and enable core gameplay features (for example, restoring your saved game when you log in next time). Usage and crash data help us identify issues, balance gameplay, and improve overall performance and new features.
Account Recovery: If you provide an email address, we use it to help you recover your account or reset your password upon request. We may also use your email to respond to customer support inquiries or important service announcements related to the Game.
Personalization: Game data (like settings or progress) allows us to personalize your experience. For example, we might remember your preferred language or game settings, and tailor in-game content or offers to your play history.
Advertising: We show in-game advertisements through Appodeal/AdMob. Data such as your device’s advertising ID and usage patterns may be used to display ads that are more relevant to you (for example, showing ads based on the genres of games you play). Ads provide revenue that supports the development and free availability of Galoria. You may see personalized ads unless you opt-out or your region requires opt-in (you will be given options per applicable law).
Community Safety and Fair Play: Information about how you play (for instance, gameplay actions or unusual activity) may be monitored to detect cheating, hacking, or fraud. This helps us maintain a fair gaming environment. If we detect violations of our Terms of Use (such as cheating), we may use this information to intervene or enforce the rules (e.g., issuing bans as necessary).
Communication: We might use your information to send you important updates about the game. For example, we could notify you of major changes, upcoming maintenance, or new features. We will not use your email for marketing newsletters unless you have explicitly agreed to that separately.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third parties. All data is used solely for providing and improving the Galoria game experience and related services as described above.
Galoria is intended for players of all ages and does not have any specific age restrictions. However, we are committed to protecting children’s privacy. If you are under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by your country’s laws), please do not provide any personal information (such as an email address) without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data without parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible. Parents or guardians who believe we might have collected information from a child under 13 can contact us to request deletion of the data.
We recommend that minors obtain permission from a parent or guardian before playing Galoria or providing any personal information. While the game content itself is generally suitable for all ages, parental supervision is advised for younger players, especially when engaging in any in-game communication or multiplayer features.

Game data (including your profile and progress) is stored securely using services like Firebase, which employs industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect data in transit and at rest. We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and to operate the Game. In practice, this means we keep your game profile and progress data while you are an active player. If you stop playing, we may retain your data for a period in case you return, to allow you to continue where you left off.
