Local Storage: Gallery Vista is an "offline-first" application. Your photos and videos are stored locally on your device.

No Cloud Uploads: We do not upload, collect, or store your private media files (photos/videos) on our servers. All processing (like AI labeling or organization) happens on your device.

Privacy Vault: Media moved to the Vault is hidden from other apps. This data remains on your device and is not accessible by us.

3. Permissions We Request

To provide our services, we require the following permissions:

Media/Storage: To display, organize, and manage your photos and videos.

Location: Optional, used only to display or edit the location metadata (EXIF) of your photos.

Camera: Required for features that involve taking photos within the app.

4. Third-Party Services (Billing & Subscriptions)

We use third-party services to manage premium features:

RevenueCat: To handle subscription status and entitlement management.

Google Play Billing: To process secure payments. These services may collect technical data (like Device IDs or transaction history) to ensure your purchase is delivered. They do not have access to your photos or videos.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your app settings and premium status. Since your media files never leave your device, the security of your media depends on your device's security settings (PIN, Pattern, Biometrics).

6. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the app.
