 When you use the photo and video organizing feature, we require access to your storage in order to scan and encrypt the photos and videos on your device. This permission is only for the purpose of scanning and saving files to your device. We assure you that we will not acquire or collect any videos, photos, audios, or other files from your device. Furthermore, we will not make any automatic modifications or deletions to the content stored in your local media storage

• Email Address information

When you use the feature of encrypting private photos and video with a PIN number, we may request access to your email address. This permission is only used to link our app with one of your email addresses in case you forget your PIN number.

• Customer Service

When you send feedback via email or provide us with an error report, we will obtain your email address, and email content, so that we can communicate with you about problems encountered during the use of our products and services. We will only use this information to respond to your inquiries and provide assistance when you reach out to us.

We use and analyze all available information to improve and provide our services.

Third-party service providers may also use this information to enhance their advertising and measurement systems, enabling them to display relevant ads on   and off our services. However, you have the option to opt out of Ads Personalization in the settings.
