This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of information if anyone decided to use our Service.

Permissions We Use
Our app requires specific permissions to provide its core features while prioritizing your privacy:
A. Media Library Access (Images & Videos)
Purpose: Core functionality of the Gallery.
Usage: The App indexes photos and videos on your device to display them in a unified gallery. For devices on Android 13+, we use granular media permissions (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES & READ_MEDIA_VIDEO).
Partial Access (Android 14+): We fully support the "User-Selected Media" permission. This allows you to select only specific photos or videos for the App to access, giving you total control over your private data.
B. Storage Management (Older Android Versions)
Purpose: File management for legacy devices.
Usage: On devices running Android 10 or below, we use READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE to display, rename, move, and delete files. On newer versions, we use system-secure prompts for these actions.
C. Media Location Access
Purpose: Organizing photos by location.
Usage: We use the ACCESS_MEDIA_LOCATION permission to read location metadata (EXIF) from your photos to group them by where they were taken. This processing happens entirely on your device.
D. Set Wallpaper
Purpose: Personalization.
Usage: Allows you to set any photo as your Home Screen or Lock Screen wallpaper directly from the App.
We use industry-standard libraries to ensure the App is fast, stable, and beautiful. These libraries process data as follows:
Glide (Image Processing): Used for high-speed image loading and caching. It creates small "thumbnails" of your photos so you can scroll through thousands of images smoothly without lag.
Room Database (Local Storage): Used to store your "Favorites," "Recycle Bin" metadata, and "Recently Viewed" history locally on your device. This data never leaves your phone.
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics:
Analytics: Helps us understand which features are used most (e.g., if users prefer Album view over Photo view) so we can improve the App.
Crashlytics: If the App crashes, it sends a technical report to us so we can identify the bug and fix it in the next update.
Lottie (Animations): Used to provide premium, lightweight vector animations for a better user interface experience.
Koin (Architecture): Used for internal code management (Dependency Injection) to ensure the app runs efficiently and consumes less battery.
ExifInterface (Image Metadata Processing): Used to read image metadata (EXIF data) stored inside photos on your device, such as image orientation, capture date, and location information (if available). This helps the App properly organize and display your photos. All EXIF processing happens locally on your device and no metadata is uploaded or shared with external servers.
