The award-winning BRT Architects from Hamburg, have designed a residential building with Lofts that would address the dynamics of the Frankfurt inner city and connects with the lifestyle of the financial district.

As a part of the Carrés between Mainzer Landstrasse, the Galion Loft is a pioneer project for innovative housing. As a work of architecture, it is a prime example of the structuring of physical and intellectual freedom.
Suspended, thermally separated aluminum facade with floor-to-element glazing. The thermally insulated building structure is covered with curtain, ventilated steel concrete precast in concrete quality.
BRT Architekten, Hamburg, haben ein Wohnhaus mit Eigentumswohnungen entworfen, das die Dynamik der Innenstadt aufgreift und diese mit dem Lebensgefühl des Gallus verbindet. Ein Lebensgefühl, das geprägt ist von gewachsener, multikultureller Vielfalt und zugleich von greifbarer Aufbruchstimmung. Als Element des Carrés zwischen Mainzer Landstraße und ist galiòn ein Pilotprojekt für innovatives Wohnen. Als architektonisches Werk ist es ein Musterbeispiel für die Strukturierung physischer und intellektueller Freiräume.
Vorgehängte, thermisch getrennte Leichtmetall-Elementfassade mit geschosshoher Isolierverglasung. Die wärmegedämmte Rohbaukonstruktion wird mit vorgehängten, hinterlüfteten Stahlbetonfertigteilen in Sichtbetonqualität verkleidet.
