General Terms
My work starts on Mondays to Fridays. (Philippines, GMT+8).
PLEASE DO NOT USE OR FEED MY ARTWORK TO ANY AI ENGINES OR TRAINING OF SORTS.
Unselected drafts or sketches cannot be used with other commission services for other artists.
Requests with hard deadlines will have additional charges.
Prices are for personal use only. Commercial use must be discussed and agreed upon before the commission begins.
For content creators like Vtubers, the use for monetized content is included within the price.
Commercial Merchandising: +100% of the base price.
Businesses and content creators can produce and sell their own digital or physical products using the commissioned piece.
1. Process and Delivery
I will send a confirmation once I add you to the waiting list in Trello, and when I can cater to your commission.
I’ll provide 1 to 3 updates per week.
Commissions may take 1 week to 2 months based on complexity, health, and season. I’ll inform you of any delays.
REMINDER: Due to different time zones, it is expected to have at least a couple of hours or 1 day delay of replies, but PLEASE be responsive when I need feedback from you. Exceeding a 2-3 days late feedback can hold back any progress.
2. Revisions
3 major revisions only are included in the price.
Exceeding the number of revisions and major changes after the final drawing may require a 3-12% fee, unless due to a misunderstanding.
I allow minimal changes, but please don't exploit it.
3. Payment
All commissions must be paid 100% upfront through an invoice.
If %50, the rest of the payment must be sent upon the base colors stage and transfer fees will be added.
If no payment is received within 24 hours, I will cancel the commission.
PayPal and GOTyme will be used for these transactions.
4. Refunds / Cancellation
No refund/cancellation once we pass the base colors stage.
If it's really needed, the cancellation fee will be deducted from your payment.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances or being unable to deliver within the given time frame of the commission, I will refund the commission.
Avoid chargebacks for cancellations or a refund is due. I will do it myself.

NOTES:
To reiterate, I am unable to create NSFW or related content. My illustrations are limited to platonic and SFW poses/themes.
At this time, I do not create dark fantasy or strongly fantasy-inspired designs of characters.
I can, however, work on pieces that feature a more subtle or subdued fantasy influence. I’m happy to make adjustments as long as we can find an alternative together!
Gentle Reminder
I can refuse any request if I cannot serve justice for your character or if I choose to (nothing personal, per se).
I cannot work alone with words. Please provide photo references with your request.
English is my second language, so I would appreciate it if you keep things easy to read when communicating with me. Your understanding is much appreciated as well.
Please don't complain to me about the list of things I can't draw or my prices. If I cannot deliver your ideal themes due to my terms or the prices are impractical for you, it might be best to consider another artist who can deliver your requests and cater to your needs within your means.
