There are no fees for selling at the market.
You’re responsible to follow regulations set by the state.
Generally, we allow no more than 1-2 booths to sell the same products, depending on the demand.
Each carport can hous up to two booths. Booths are assigned weekly.
A vehicle can be pulled into the carport for easy setup and stock accessibility.
You’re responsible to supply your own table, displays, and signage.
Electric is available, extension cord(s) not provided.
Reselling is NOT allowed unless approved by a market coordinator. You are expected to grow or make the products you sell.
Vendors must be approved before selling at the market.
There are quite a few exceptions when it comes to selling food at the market, but we do follow the rules and regulations set by the state at our market. Review their publication to see what needs licensing or certifications.
Produce doesn’t need labeled, but if you bake or combine two or more ingredients, you will need to label your products. Learn what to include on your label.
If you’re registered with the state, you can submit your sales tax using your own sales tax ID.
