This workshop aims to exchange and discuss the latest theoretical/observational scientific results on galaxy formation and evolution, IGM, CGM, cosmic reionization, and supermassive black holes. The workshop has also been encouraging new collaborations among young students and researchers through a variety of talks, discussions, and group work. This year, we are pleased to announce a four-day residential workshop in the Hotel Sun Valley Nasu, Nasu-Shiobara, Tochigi prefecture. As in previous workshops, the program will include group work led by students and postdocs, as well as many invited and contributed talks. We are looking forward to seeing you at the Galaxy-IGM workshop 2026!
