I used to have a couple of apps where I could install some really cool watch faces on my Samsung Galaxy watch but I can't find what happened to those apps I probably deleted them. Does anybody have any good suggestions?

Whether you prefer a sleek, modern look or something more analog and traditional, there's a watch face for you. Samsung smart watches allow you to customize your watch faces to suit your style. They can be changed directly from your wrist or with the Galaxy Wearable app.

If you want to change up the look of your watch, selecting a new watch face is a quick and easy way to do it. You can download new watch faces using the Galaxy Wearable app, or directly from the watch itself if you have a Galaxy Watch4, Watch5, or Watch6 series device.

Open the Galaxy Wearable app on the connected phone, and then tap Watch faces. Swipe through the options to find one you like, and then tap it. To download or buy additional watch faces, tap the options under Get more watch faces at the bottom of the screen.

Galaxy Watch3 and Galaxy Watch Active2: Open the Galaxy Wearable app on the paired phone, and then tap Watch faces. Swipe through the options to find one you like. To download or buy additional watch faces, tap Get more watch faces at the bottom of the screen.

Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Watch Active: From the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone, tap the Watch faces tab to see included watch faces. To download or buy new ones, tap the Discover tab, and then tap View more on the Watch faces card. From here, you can browse for watch faces.

Galaxy Watch3, Galaxy Watch Active2, and Galaxy Watch Active: To download directly from the watch, touch and hold the watch face to enter Edit mode. Swipe left to and tap Galaxy Store. Select your desired watch face, and then tap Install. Tap Apply to apply the watch face.

Note: The watch face on the Galaxy Fit and Fit2 cannot be customized. Third-party watch faces may have different customization options and instructions. Refer to the watch face's developer for more information.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Watch Active. Everytime I download a watch face from Facer, the previous one I downloaded from Facer is not saved anywhere on my watch. I have to download it again. Anytime I download watch faces from Galaxy Store they remain saved on my watch so that I can go back to them later and use them again. I am just wondering if there is a way to save the watch faces from Facer on my watch?

Please take note of the image above. I highlighted what Facer is referring to as the bezel. While you are correct that on actual watches and earlier samsung watches, the bezel is a interactive element that also protects the screen or glass. However in smart phones and the new Galaxy Watch Active, the bezel is the black border that is not a active part of the screen. There is nothing to make up. Hope this helps clear up your confusion @nolekxreplica.

yes. i just checked and all permissions are allowed. I have seen others having the same problem it seems this is a common issue, although the post i read the step counter was a bit off compared to what his health app was saying while mine is WAY off. My watch face says 1207 steps while samsung health says over 15,000 steps.

OK, next have you checked to make sure your watch is running the latest Facer companion app and also the latest GW4 watch software? There have been recent updates for both of them to fix issues. On both of my GW4s the step count stays exactly with what the Samsung health app and the step widget on the watch says.

Facer is having issues with the new WearOS 3 on the Fossil gen 6 and the new Google Pixel Watch. Sometimes trying to fix one issue on one watch will cause issues on other watches. Last year when they added the Galaxy Watch 4 we went through that same thing with the older WearOS watches and the Tizen watches.

No problem, thanks @jen68 . Let's try these steps here. Go to Settings and tap Display> Watch Faces to open the Watch Faces screen. Swipe back and forth on the screen (or rotate the bezel) until you find the face that you want to delete. In the upper-right corner of the watch face image, tap the Delete icon, shown here.

The watch face will then be installed. Wait a few seconds, and then press Open. You'll then get a preview of the watch face app on your smartphone, and there will be some permissions to agree to. After this, you'll see a message that the watch face has been installed on your smartwatch. Usually, you'll see this happen on the Galaxy Watch as well.

Now head to the Galaxy Watch. Press and hold the watch face and slide across to Add. Now scroll all the way down until you get to Downloads, which is usually last on the list. You will see your watch face there.

You can't tinker with the font color, unfortunately, but we kind of like how that electric neon blue looks on the black watch face. If you do a search, you should be able to find it in more colors, too.

Fresh is a mash-up of analog and digital elements that come together that uses the heart rate icon as your second watch hand as it streams past widgets that display the date, step counts, elevation, and calorie burn.

Taking full advantage of one of the best smartwatch screens in the business, London's night drops that city skyline onto your watch face, while making room for additional widgets and of course the time up in the sky.

Customization varies from one watch face to the next. Some only allow for font or color changes, while others allow for the addition of complications. Explore the options for each face in your Samsung Wearables app.

In 2021, Samsung left behind its familiar Tizen operating system for a Wear OS co-developed with Google. If your device is one of the select smartwatches running this platform, check out our picks for the best watch faces available below.

In our opinion, a unique photo is the most effective way to truly personalize your Galaxy Watch. The Photo Sticker watch face lets users highlight favorite memories without overwhelming their device screen. Instead, the design keeps your photo in a select area, allowing room for complications and other details. Photo Sticker offers five layout options, each featuring four complications.

Another native watch face, Info Board is the face for anyone who wants their stats at a glance. With room for five complications, the face allows plenty of space for tracking stats and data. Tapping on any of the complications will also take you to more information or actions. Users can even add sleep coaching guidance or last workout details to the center complication.

Basic but still one of the best, the Active watch face features a design that stands out. Oversized numerals in a funky font leave room for just one complication. As the name suggests, this watch face is for users who want their workout a tap away. Set an exercise or choose a Samsung Health Breath, Daily Activity, or Together icon as the single complication. If you opt for an exercise, the animated athlete character will act out your activity. (If only hiking with a heavy pack were as graceful as he makes it look.) This watch face is also available to devices running Tizen.

Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 also ushered in another activity-focused watch face with even more functionality. With a large number made of stripes representing the hour of the day, the watch face fills in as you accomplish your activity goals. This graphic design helps users monitor their steps, active time, and calorie burn. To access further details, tap the watch face for more activity stats.

Another really basic watch face with loads of customization options, this is the face for Analog lovers. Users can choose from a light or dark background to establish the desired mood for their device. Additionally, you can increase the size of the design itself by up to five times. Finally, the right-hand complication (a heart rate icon in the image above) can be changed to 23 different features.

I am facing the same issue with my VA3!

A reboot of the watch fixes this issue for a couple of hours, then the stock watch faces uesd again and all other watch faces are replaced with "IQ!"...

However, when I'm running I have trouble seeing the distance. I appears in the lower left of my watch but it's very small. I've seen a few of the post on the message board that tells you to go to settings-display and then enlarge the font on my watch. I don't have that setting and I can't see where I need an update to the Strava software. I'm currently running Version 1.7.24

This latest video from someone else seems to fix the problems fully, although it did not work for me on my Samsung Watch 5 Pro. There are some changes that one needs to make to allow the watch face to work correctly, which this video addresses:

Watchfaces developers can make watchfaces with additional data displayed like complications. Particularly for a device manufacturer (OEM) like Samsung, who can safely and securely access additional health data.

When the Google Pixel Watch was announced, we instantly fell in love with the different first-party watch faces that Google included. Unfortunately, these have remained exclusive, meaning that you can't just use them with any other Wear OS 3 or Wear OS 4 smartwatch.

Thanks to the world of sideloading, you don't have to be envious or jealous of the Pixel Watch faces if you have a Galaxy Watch 6 or 6 Classic. However, there are a few extra steps that are involved, as you can't simply download the APK file, install it on your phone, and have the watch faces appear.

There are two prerequisites for those who want to use Google's Pixel Watch faces on their Galaxy Watch 6 or another Wear OS 3 smartwatch. The first of which is that you need to have the Android SDK installed on your computer. You'll also need the Pixel Watch faces APK, which is available from APKMirror. e24fc04721
