This policy covers the Gaji Chrome extension and its web workspace for mind maps, diagrams and document boards.
Gaji stores the content you create or import: mind maps, diagrams, document-board cards, task status, document links, notes, embedded images and attachments, themes and workspace settings. This information is stored locally in your browser. When you connect Google Drive, Gaji also handles your Google display name, email address and Drive account identifier to show the connected account and keep accounts separate.
Google authentication is handled by Google. Gaji never collects your Google password. The extension obtains an OAuth access token through Chrome Identity and does not permanently store that token. The web version may remember your account email and application identifiers locally to help reconnect.
Information is used to provide your planning workspace, save and restore work, and synchronize your work across your devices. Connecting Google Drive enables backup and synchronization to your own Drive, including Gaji documents, board cards, tasks, embedded assets and relevant settings. Synchronization runs while Gaji is open.
Gaji requests the Google Drive drive.file scope, limited to files created by the app or explicitly made available to it by you. It does not request access to every file in your Drive. External Google document links are stored as links and metadata; their original contents are not automatically copied.
Your workspace is stored on your device and, when connected, in your Google Drive. Gaji does not send workspace contents to a Synapse Ent application server. Drive requests are transmitted directly to Google over HTTPS. Google processes that data under its own privacy policy.
Selected web fonts may request resources from Google Fonts or jsDelivr. External images, links, videos or embedded content that you choose to load may communicate with their providers, which can receive normal connection information such as your IP address. Those services apply their own privacy policies. Gaji does not collect your general browsing history or run advertising trackers.
If you contact us by email, we receive the message and contact information you provide and use it to respond to your request. Please do not send passwords, access tokens or unnecessary sensitive documents.
Gaji uses and transfers user data only to provide its stated planning-workspace features and complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell user data, use it for personalized advertising, use it to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility, or use workspace content to train general-purpose AI models. We do not read your private workspace through a developer server. Support information voluntarily sent to us is accessed only to handle your request.
Local work remains until you remove it or clear the relevant browser or extension data. Drive backups remain under your control in your Google Drive until you delete them. Signing out or uninstalling does not automatically delete Drive backups. Signing out does not delete local documents.
You can revoke Gaji access in your Google Account connections settings. You can remove local data through Chrome site or extension data controls, and delete Gaji files and backup history in Drive. Deleting a work item can synchronize to connected devices, while older backup history may remain for recovery; remove that history separately if you want to erase it. Files placed in Drive trash remain subject to Google's trash-retention rules until permanently removed.

Drive transfers use HTTPS. Gaji does not provide separate end-to-end encryption for local workspace data; anyone with access to your device and Chrome profile may be able to open it. Protect your device and Google Account.
We will update this page when data practices change and update the effective date. New uses or permissions will be disclosed and consent requested where required.

Gaji는 마인드맵, 다이어그램, 문서보드 카드, 작업 상태, 문서 링크, 노트, 내장 이미지·첨부파일, 테마 및 설정을 브라우저에 저장합니다. Google Drive를 연결하면 계정 표시와 계정 간 데이터 분리를 위해 표시 이름, 이메일, Drive 계정 식별자를 처리하며, 작업 자료와 관련 설정을 본인의 Drive에 백업·동기화합니다. 동기화는 Gaji가 열린 동안 진행됩니다.
Google 비밀번호는 수집하지 않습니다. 확장프로그램은 Chrome Identity에서 인증 토큰을 받아 사용하고 영구 저장하지 않습니다. 웹 버전은 재연결을 돕기 위해 이메일과 앱 식별자를 기기에 기억할 수 있습니다. Drive 권한은 앱이 만들거나 사용자가 명시적으로 제공한 파일에 접근하는 drive.file 범위이며 전체 Drive 열람 권한을 요구하지 않습니다. 외부 Google 문서의 원본 내용을 자동 복제하지 않습니다.
작업은 기기와 연결한 본인의 Google Drive에 보관됩니다. Synapse Ent 자체 앱 서버로 작업 내용을 전송하지 않습니다. Google Drive에는 HTTPS로 직접 전송하며 Google의 정책이 적용됩니다. 선택한 웹 글꼴은 Google Fonts 또는 jsDelivr에 요청할 수 있고, 사용자가 불러오는 외부 이미지·링크·영상·삽입 콘텐츠는 해당 제공자와 통신하며 IP 주소 등 일반적인 접속 정보가 전달될 수 있습니다. 일반 웹 탐색 기록을 수집하거나 광고 추적기를 실행하지 않습니다.
이메일 문의 시 사용자가 보낸 연락처와 내용을 문의 대응에 사용합니다. 비밀번호·인증 토큰이나 불필요한 민감 문서를 보내지 마세요.
데이터는 명시된 작업공간 기능 제공에만 사용·전송하며 Chrome 웹 스토어 사용자 데이터 정책과 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책의 제한적 사용 요건을 준수합니다. 데이터를 판매하거나 맞춤 광고, 신용도·대출 판단, 범용 AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다. 개발자 서버에서 사용자의 비공개 작업을 열람하지 않으며, 자발적으로 보낸 문의 자료는 문의 처리 목적으로만 접근합니다.
로컬 작업은 사용자가 삭제하거나 브라우저·확장프로그램 데이터를 지울 때까지 남고, Drive 백업은 사용자가 Drive에서 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다. 로그아웃만으로 로컬 작업이나 Drive 백업은 삭제되지 않으며 확장프로그램 제거도 Drive 백업을 삭제하지 않습니다. Google 계정의 연결된 앱 설정에서 접근을 철회할 수 있습니다.
Chrome에서 해당 사이트·확장프로그램의 로컬 데이터를 관리하고 Drive에서 Gaji 파일과 백업 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 작업 삭제가 연결 기기에 동기화되어도 이전 백업 기록은 복구를 위해 남을 수 있으므로 완전 삭제를 원하면 별도로 제거하세요. Drive 휴지통의 파일에는 Google의 보존·영구 삭제 규칙이 적용됩니다. 문의 이메일은 처리와 적용되는 기록 보존 의무에 필요한 기간만 보관하며, 직접 제공한 정보에 관한 요청은 위 이메일로 연락할 수 있습니다.
Drive 전송은 HTTPS를 사용합니다. Gaji는 로컬 작업에 별도 종단간 암호화를 제공하지 않으므로 기기와 Chrome 프로필에 접근할 수 있는 사람이 작업을 열 수 있습니다. 기기와 Google 계정을 보호하세요. 처리 방식이 바뀌면 본 페이지와 시행일을 갱신하며 필요한 경우 새로운 사용 목적·권한을 안내하고 동의를 받습니다.
