This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Gains (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by JoZe. The Application is designed for weight lifting.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Application does not ask for user registration, we do not ask for an email address, name or any other private or identifying information. In fact you may use this application entirely offline without internet access once you have downloaded the application;
Gains is designed to be used without asking for any user information or verification at all.
Automatically Collected Information
The application does not collect any identifying information automatically. Googles firebase is built-in to provide the developer with general non-identifying information.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
We do not request access to GPS data and as such do not collect any GPS or realtime user location data.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
No. We do not share your information with third parties.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop using the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, at gymworkoutsapp@gmail.com.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
