Friday, July 19th
2:00-4:00 pm- Set up at Harbor Trees Golf Club https://www.harbourtrees.com/golf

Gail and Doug, along with their family and friends, will be at Bier Brewery, 1618 S 10th Street, Noblesville, for an informal gathering. This is a casual restaurant, and we will not have a room reserved. Everyone is welcome to join us, have a drink, order pizza or bar food, and gather outside afterward to visit. This restaurant has a large outdoor area with picnic tables and fire pits, a play area for children, and often live music with an outside bar. There is no table service, but individuals can order what they want, and they will be texted when it is ready for pick up. https://www.bierbrewery.com
Saturday, July 20th

10:00 am- Venue will be open for set up of flowers and delivery of cake/cookies.
5:30-6:00 pm- Gail and Doug, musicians, and family members arrive.
5:45-6:00 Host and event planner go over details and updates
6:00 pm- Guests arrive
6:30 pm- Cocktail Hour(wine, beer, soft drinks), appetizers, with live music featuring Jay Jasper and Ricke Young
7:15 pm -Guests are seated
7:30 pm- Renewal of the wedding vows with the family, guests of honor, and Pastor Teri Ditslear. Toast to the couple (champagne or non-alcoholic beverage) featuring the Maid of Honor, Jill Olson, and Best Man, John Erickson. Thank you, Gail and Doug Mehlan.
8:00 pm- Buffet Dinner will be served
9:00 pm- Cake cutting, family pictures, and group pictures, socializing
9:30 pm- Beverage service ends
10:30- 11:00 pm- The party’s over! Event Ends

Gail and Doug will have coffee, snacks, and treats at their house for
anyone who wants to stop by before they head out to travel. Thank you so much for helping us celebrate!

I want to say “Thank You!” for coming to the area to help us celebrate and NOT for one of the many other events that are booking up hotels in the area! Due to many popular concerts at the Rouff Concert Arena (Earth, Wind and Fire, Limp Bizkit) and many baseball and basketball programs at Grand Park, many of the hotels are booked already! I have reserved a few rooms at several hotels in the area that you can reserve under my name. I reserved both King and Queen rooms for July 19th, and 20th, 2024. All reservations in my name are able to be canceled before July 17th.
