Vishal Jatia is the Chief Executive Officer of Greenland (America), Inc. and leads the company's global operations. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2003 and soon afterwards joined the family's scrap metal business. Since then he has driven the company's expansion around the world. Greenland America now buys scrap metal from North and South America, Mexico, the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and several other countries.

As CEO, he has full responsibility for the company's trading, operations, finance, risk, HR and people, working with his team of traders and managers across the USA, India and China. His plans include expanding the sales team as government policies and trade wars keep shifting where scrap is consumed. Staying in constant touch with buyers and suppliers, keeping an ear to the ground and adapting to an ever-changing market are what he does best.

“Greenland was built on the foundation of Trust & Integrity, and those will always be the pillars we stand by in everything we do. We feel honored to be part of such a large, yet small, world of business partners around the globe, and we would like to say 'Thank You' to each and every one of you who has helped us grow. We look forward to building more long-lasting relationships. If there is anything Greenland can do to help with your sourcing or selling needs, please reach out to me or any of our traders and we will get working right away!"
