Welcome!
I am a research fellow at the Research Institute for the Evaluation of Public Policies – Fondazione Bruno Kessler (IRVAPP-FBK). I received my Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Bocconi University.
My research is at the intersection of labour and public economics. I study how individuals and organizations respond to social influences, economic constraints, and institutions, and what makes public policies effective. My work examines topics including peer effects and social networks, human-capital investment, labour-market adjustment, policy enforcement, programme take-up, and local implementation. Across these areas, I am particularly interested in how differences in exposure and in the capacity to respond shape economic outcomes.
