1. Rental Requirements
Provide two (2) valid government-issued IDs (original & photocopy)
Provide one (1) proof of billing with an address matching the ID
Pay a fully refundable security deposit of Php 1,000.00
Provide one valid government-issued ID which will be retained by us for the duration of the rental
❗ TIN, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and PWD IDs are not accepted.
2. Rental Period
Rentals are on a strict 24-hour basis from the agreed release time to return time
Sudden extensions are not allowed
3. Fees, Downpayment & Payment
A downpayment of 50% of the total rental fee is required to confirm the booking. This downpayment is non-refundable.
Full rental fees must be paid before or upon release
Cancellation or rebooking forfeits the downpayment
Rebooking is allowed only in cases of natural calamities, subject to date availability
4. Late Return
For every one (1) hour late, Php 200.00 per hour will be deducted from your security deposit
Any fraction of an hour counts as a full hour
5. Use and Responsibility
You must use the camera responsibly and return it with all provided accessories
You are fully responsible for the camera during the rental period
6. Loss, Theft & Damage
In case of loss or theft, you will replace the camera or pay its full replacement value
In case of damage, repair or replacement costs will be charged based on the extent of the damage
7. Security Deposit Refund
The security deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after the camera is returned and inspected
Any applicable charges will be deducted prior to refund
8. Liability
We are not liable for data loss, missed events, or damages arising from use of the camera
All risks are assumed by the renter
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines
Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or in the proper courts of competent jurisdiction
Acknowledgment
By renting a camera from GadgetHive Rentals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
