ABOUT US

Govt. Girls Inter College established during the month of september 1983 in a primary school building which was the property of town committee Fateh Jang . After the lapse of 20 years the district govt muted approx. 21 kanals land and land transferred in the name of education department Govt. Girls Inter College Fateh Jang. The District Govt. acted upon  and constructed college building and the building completed in year 2003 and college also shifted in a new college  building on 27.10.2003. The college building located at Mohallah gharbi near chandani chowk Fateh Jang and only 1km away from Bus stop.

The college now upgraded to the level of Degree w.e.f.12.10.2007 vide Govt. of punjab (Higher Education Wing) Lahore notification No SO(P-III)/8-14/2007 dated 12.10.2007.And now college official name is Govt. Associate College for women Fateh Jang.
