Established in 1958 by Paul and Doris Gabriel, Gabriel's Subs has been serving Orlando as its original sub shop. It has remained in its original spot besides Edgewater High School, where it is known as the place to go to get an after-school snack. Throughout the years, there have been several occurrences in the local paper.
