During my time as a music student at HPU, I aim to continue to make positive progress as a musician, all while making memories, forming meaningful relationships with my peers and professors, and making a difference in some way at this university.  Before coming to High Point, I was already a highly motivated student and musician, but at my time here, I hope to widen my horizons by partaking in new classes such as instrumental literature and pedagogy, learn new instruments such as the cello, and challenge myself to get outside of my comfort zone by searching for more performance opportunities, such as having a mini senior recital in the Spring.  I value taking advantage of every opportunity that presents itself and I aim to continue living with this mindset here.
