Proposal for Your Product Introduction into New Markets

This proposal is for a customized program exploring avenues for your existing product in new markets and harmonizing production outcomes in view of quality constancy and improvements, in line with both the start-up premises and your goals. Area of expertise: Sicilian products, agrofood, design, arts  & crafts, event planning, real estate, hospitality.

Program Description

For this project, we will analyze and report on the currently established production criteria and technical setup, and the status on sales and margins while considering adjustements and growth potential. We will define the steps needed to optimize and improve current assets, moving closer towards a to-be-identified set of final objectives until specific targets surface in our vision horizon, including brand & line expansion, collaborations, new sources & resources.

Phases

First Month - Phase 1:

Second to Third Month - Phase 2:

ongoing exchange and review while your feedback is absorbed and integrated

honing an actionable plan to fit your purpose and scale

resulting comprehensive project plan, ready for immediate implementation

Objectives

• Develop an understanding of the elements that have characterized product(s) and efforts so far

• Quantify and determine detailed product development goals in 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, etc.

• Identify new potential customers, find new markets and estimate sales growth over time

• Outline strategies for maximizing interest in the product(s) from targeted demographics and markets

• Optimize and improve production for (a raw plant material/varieties) according to each peculiarity and in/off-field context

• List further applicables & future avenues to be explored when the time is ripe

Timeline and Location

Our work will begin in (MONTH/YEAR) and last up to three months. We will exchange information through any means most convenient for you (Email, Zoom, Streamyard, Skype, WhatsApp, Messenger, other) including up to three weekly virtual meetings from the beginning of my engagement through delivery.

Payment terms:

• 50% upon agreement

• 50% upon program completion and delivery of actionable project

Additional:

• my participation in implementing, executing, leading the project, my involvement in any capacity beyond project delivery, and any further assistance, see below

Daily starting fees:

• €500 remote

• €800 travel regional/domestic/EU

• €1000 travel international extra-EU

I have a three-day minimum for any type of preliminary or ongoing collaboration and output.
