THE REALLY IMPORTANT STUFF
Hometown: New Palestine, IN
Biggest musical influences: Sting, Miles Davis, The Beatles, Billy Joel, Cat Stevens, Dire Straits... the list goes on and on!
Favorite GHB song to play live: "La La La" -- because I get to tell the parrot story and I also almost always remember all the words.
Pre-show ritual: Show up early, make funny throat noises to warm up, drink LOTS of water. Not very rock-star is it?
Guilty pleasure song or artist: Huey Lewis and the News! It's still very hip to be square.
Bandmate who'd survive longest in a zombie apocalypse: Probably Ken... he has all that science stuff in his brain. Never doubt the power of an advanced chemistry degree.
First album you ever bought with your own money? The 1989 "Batman" soundtrack... but not the orchestral score, the one that Prince did.
Celebrity crush: I'd have to go with Deborah Ann Woll, from True Blood and the Daredevil series. She's cute, funny, and wicked smart. She's also a nerdy D&D player like me!
If you could own any one instrument, regardless of price, what would it be? I'd love to own a Rickenbacker electric 12-string for that 1960s Byrds vibe.
Three albums everybody should listen to: Rubber Soul (The Beatles), Ten Summoner's Tales (Sting), and The Animal Years (Josh Ritter)
Describe your on-stage look/vibe in a single phrase: Kojack-meets-Bono-at-Dunkin'-Donuts
If GHB was a body, what part would you be? I'd like to say the brain or the heart, but the truth is, I'm probably more of a spleen.

Pre-show ritual: 6” Subway sandwich and a Rum and Coke.
Guilty pleasure song or artist: The Monkees
Bandmate who'd survive longest in a zombie apocalypse: Gabe. Why? I feel like they’d take one bite and spit him out, because I hear he has no taste.
First album you ever bought with your own money? Rush: Grace Under Pressure
Celebrity crush: I prefer Grape Crush. Celery Crush sounds horrible.
If you could own any one instrument, regardless of price, what would it be? Grand Piano. Cuz damn!
Three albums everybody should listen to: Prince's 1999, The Beatles' White Album, and Nirvana's Nevermind.
Describe your on-stage look/vibe in a single phrase: Confused and amused. Stand still you fool.
If GHB was a body, what part would you be? Legs. A band can’t go anywhere without bass. Sometimes they try though.
Eric Wood
drums, percussion, vocals
Hometown: I’m from Anderson but call Indy home.
Biggest musical influences: Cap’n Geech & the Shrimp Shack Shooters, Vinnie Colaiuta, and Russ Kunkel.
Favorite GHB song to play live: "Share it All" - I just love the groove and how we all play off each other
Pre-show ritual: Caffeine and some warmups for the hands. Also, sacrificing a woodchuck to the Drum Gods.
Guilty pleasure song or artist: Janelle Monáe - "I Like That"
Bandmate who'd survive longest in a zombie apocalypse: Ken - That boy is wicked smart
First album you ever bought with your own money? Styx - Paradise Theater
Celebrity crush: My wife. She was a meteorologist on WISH-TV. That makes her a celebrity, right?
If you could own any one instrument, regardless of price, what would it be? Ringo’s drum kit - the Holy Grail of drumming history.
Three albums everybody should listen to: Gabriel Harley - Beat of a Broken Heart, Sting - Ten Summoner’s Tales, and Queen - A Night at the Opera.
Describe your on-stage look/vibe in a single phrase: "Oh look, it’s a dad band."
If GHB was a body, what part would you be? The liver. Somebody’s got to protect that thing.
Michael Newton
live sound engineer
Hometown: Rushville, Indiana
Pre-show ritual: Getting an All-Access Coke.
Bandmate who'd survive longest in a zombie apocalypse: Probably Eric, he'd squash zombie heads like drum heads.
First album you ever bought with your own money? Dream Theater's Black Clouds and Silver Linings, if I recall correctly.
If you could own any one instrument, regardless of price, what would it be? Probably the huge marble machine that guy on YouTube built. Need something to take advantage of all my spilt marbles.
Three albums everybody should listen to: Scenes From A Memory, The King is Dead, and Beat of a Broken Heart (we got CDs to sell here).
If GHB was a body, what part would you be? The back. Nobody sees me, but I hold all the guts in.
