I used these codes to help complete projects which were done in conjunction with Dr. Bruce Barton of Umass Medical School, and the rest of the QHS department. They utilized animal patient records from the Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine as well as human patient records from the Medical School. I do not have the original records (excel spreadsheets) and I'm not sure id be allowed to share them if i did. This is just a nice way to show that I do know SAS and can serve as a quick coding refresh if anyone needs!

-Notably 1.6mm and 1.9mm had thehighest variability in percentile distribution of clutch size.

This project demonstrated a typical pattern in survival data. This project was tricky because I wasn't too sure how to visualize the ki67 gene presence. It turned out to be very simple as they only needed a frequency table.

The aim of this was too see how effective prehab (a "rehab" before surgery) was. There were a variety of people from different home environments. Turned out prehab was somewhat effective. I wanted to compare medical interference with BMI or the amount of times patients attended prehab, but most people had none and those who did were mostly spinal...not enough records to show anything. It was interesting to see the severity of these surgeries and how high these patients' bmi's were.

There were 127 variables in this project and most of the time was spent cleaning up data. Although the code is long, only a few variables were chosen to have frequency tables run on them with lots of basic statistical tests. This project really opened up the importance of frequency tables to me.

Probably my favorite project here, because I spent so much time just sidetracked learning the background. Basically there were a couple fertility treatments in cows, and I was curious to see how they affected the cows. There were many variables to consider including blast and cleavage rates of the embryos and if these were affected differently in each breed.
