I was born and raised in West Texas, educated in planetary science, physics, and philosophy in Chicago, and now I'm pursuing a PhD in planetary science at Michigan State University.  

My research focus is on the geochemical evolution of the Earth and other planetary bodies - I study how the objects in the Solar System obtained their chemical and isotopic compositions.
