Plinio Fraccaro College, University of Pavia

Plinio Fraccaro College is one of the historical Colleges at the University of Pavia. It is located within the main University site where teaching of humanity subjects (literature, philosophy, law, economics, political science, communications intermedia) takes place. The institutional mission of Fraccaro College is to safeguard and promote the right to education to all students, regardless of economic and social conditions. The college is in a 19th century building originally intended to house some clinics of the San Matteo hospital. From 1933 to 1943 it was assigned to the Military Engineers Complementary Officer School named after General F. Menabrea.
