The college identity card is compulsory for getting access to the library.
The library will be open from 9.30 AM to 4.30 P M. on all working days.
Visitors are required to enter the details in the register kept at the checkpoint before entering the library or scanning the college ID card.
Personal belongings like books, bags, etc. should be kept at the property counter at the entrance of the library.
Maintain silence in the library. Group study, conversations, discussion, etc. are not permitted.
Keep your mobile phone in silent mode inside the library.
Do not move books, journals, and other materials from their designated places to other locations. “Please remember that a document misplaced is a document lost.”
The librarian reserves the right to call back any book at any time from the borrower, even if the loan period has not expired.
Books are issued for a period of 14 days and can be renewed 2 times if the book is not reserve by other user.
Books must be returned on or before the due date stamped on date slip.
An overdue charge of Rs. 1 per volume per day is chargeable after the due date. (GO.Ms.No.66/2003/HEDN Dated 07-06-2003).
If any book is lost or found damaged, it should be replaced with the latest edition, or the penal cost will have to be paid by the borrower as per government rules. (A1-590/92).
Reference Books, Journals, Magazines, Newspapers, etc. will not be issued on loans.
User make sure the conditions of the book they intent to borrow. Damaged and mutilated books will not be accepted and has to be replaced.
All the Students who want to return the books issued on their names are advised to wait until the books are shown as cancelled against their names
The Librarian reserved them right to call back any issued books/item at any time if lost, with the latest edition along with overdue charges.
