• Age-Appropriate Development: We specialize specifically in U8 and U10. We don't use some "shrunken down" high-school drills, but instead coaching techniques designed to keep young girls motivated.

• Double Coaches: With 2 coaches on site, that means your daughter gets double the attention, and double the feedback. While one of us runs the drill, the other provides immediate individual corrections and feedback to ensure proper form.

• Lacrosse IQ: Beyond just proper form, we also teach the 'why' behind the game. While advanced Lacrosse IQ may be hard to learn for young girls, we explain in a simple, easy-to-understand way, helping them understand field position and teamwork, giving them a huge head start in lacrosse later.

• Positive Mentorships: As younger coaches, we are able to show influence, helping them be their own role models later in life. We focus on building resilience and sportsmanship, making sure she leaves more confident than when she arrived.
