Welcome to AI Garden (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App and related services (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use and uninstall the App.
These Terms govern your access and use of the App, which is owned and operated by us (“we,” “our,” or “us”). All content, including visuals, text, sounds, software, and other materials within the App, is our exclusive property or licensed to us and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its content.
You agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute the App or its content except for personal backup purposes;
Use automated systems or bots to access or interact with the App;
Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code;
Use the App for any unlawful, unauthorized, or unethical purpose;
Remove or alter any legal notices or trademarks in the App.
The App may offer premium features through subscriptions or one-time purchases, with pricing and terms clearly displayed. All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store; we do not store or access your payment details. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period, and can be managed via your app store account settings.
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content remain with us or our licensors. Your use of the App does not transfer ownership or grant any rights beyond the limited license described here.
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. While we implement security measures, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are liable only for direct damages that are reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by our breach of these Terms. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including data loss, device incompatibility, or third-party actions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
For support inquiries, contact us at friends@gen-bit.com. We aim to respond promptly but do not guarantee continuous support or updates. We may suspend or discontinue the App without prior notice.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the App from your devices. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Certain statutory rights may survive termination.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Updated Terms will be accessible within the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we are based. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located there, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
